This is not the Jetstar carrier' site here, but the discussions on the services of the Jertstar carrier. If there is no flight information (e-ticket number / reservation number, date , destinations/ origin / name), noone is able to reply without the correct data and the full data. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and / or produce air carrier / date / fllight number / airports / your name at least. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / e-ticket and email address of the passenger in the attachment. The reply can be handlled within 48 hours - 144 hours by free staff in English. Jetstar is the worst airline in dealing with customers change of flight or cancellation due to urgent matters. The customer online service officer often lie and tell us there is no refund possible and ask for details and wont refer the matters to be discussed. I will never believe Jetstar * service. Melbourne traveller, disgusted with the airline service.

Hello! I need buy a ticket Singapure-Kualalumpur (07/01/2017). Adult + Infant (1,5 years old). Why adult ticket (+25 kg baggages) cost 61 dollars. When I insert infant, ticket cost 111 dollars. Why is infant's tickets so expensive?

I really can't believe Jetstar has taken my money three times out of my cheque account worth $585 and told me they will investigate like are you serious how can you take money from my account with out my consent something is really fishy here from there finance department and reading comments from previous customers experience I'm not alone. GRRRRRR I want my money back please I have a family to feed of five I literally have negative in my cheque account please sort this asap 0226275199 Epi

Experienced flyer. I have never been so rudely treated by jetstar Customer service manila in all my life. I tried to speak to a manager or supervisor there to fix the problem. But the same lady tried to disguise her voice and call herself a different name. The ladies were laughing in the back ground being entertained at customer expense. I used jetstar a lot and my family but never again. Also all you get to deal with is manila. Tidy your act up jetstar they will cost you big money. REGARDS ROBIN .0432638398

BEWARE VERIFIED BY VISA SCAM I booked a flight with Jetstar using my Visa card. The transaction was not approved so I booked with another airline. The next day I had a confirmation of the Jetstar booking - even though they had declined the payment. When I checked my Visa account, the money for the flight had been debited from my card. So I had 2 bookings. Trying to get a resolution has taken weeks and many phone calls/emails. Jetstar blamed Visa - Visa blamed Jetstar. Jetstar and Visa just don't care about customer satisfaction. I will never book with Jetstar again.

Booked a flight out of Melbourne to Japan on the 23rd of November. Itinerary stated the 30th of November. Jetstar refused to change the flights back to their original date, at the original price without a $1000+ payment for the price difference... for their mistake. NEVER fly this airline. EVER.

Just returned from Honolulu 11hours, and next to no food service available. Jetstar Café offered Pies/Sausage rolls muffins etc but all sold out on flight ex Australia and yep no restock of food in Hawaii so my family pretty much went without for the 11 hours. I should note that we tried to prebook food night before but couldn't find facility on line and glad we didn't after one look at terrible flaccid looking roll ups and "Toasties that are about the size of a normal 1/2 sandwich. Wonder if the managers of Jetstar would treat their own families tis way. Won't fly with them again.

I have used jetstar some years now, up to 30 flights a year, the planes great, their crew great, checkin fair. Customer care rediculasly poor, change a person's name do the right thing not just walk on with their ticket, ask to change the name only $294 on $59 each way tickets...?......????? Speak to a person here and you get respect speak to their over seas staff as polite as you canto not up set them, and all you get is talked down to, they have no respect for thier clients. ?

Hi WE have a flight booked for the 1st July from Brisbane to Sydney and the reservation is A9KLXM.As we are on traveling to other countries we want to know if our Baggage is included in this flight and don't want to arrive at the check out and be told we can not take our bags as this is not clear on our documentation emailed to us .Can you please come back to us via our email being sunriseglobal@clear.net.nz thanks Gordon Whitcher

Beware this company.This company steals money fromtose who arre incapacitated nand hospitalised even after prooof in writing by doctotrs has been furnished. Promised return of money hhas not been returned after a 28 day term was guaranteed. Now they want a letter fron the doctors to staste that I cannot traverl for six months. The letter they assked for in the forsdt psakce to state I was unable to travel due to te fact that I was in hpospital and would not be able to travel for this and the reason that I was to be under hiospital care for a tiome after my discharge. I am still under that care and need to be inthe region whilst this is going on. All that wss needed in the first instance was that a name change for two replacement people on the same team ministering with the indigenoues folk in Cairns, So after having furnished this letter as requested they changed their story and stated they now want a letter that says I cannot fly for six months....even if I could zi would not be flying with a company that steals people's money.Seems their storiy changes on a daily basis.

Overall Jetstar is an alright airline. I had flown from Brisbane to Townsville and overall a nice flight. Cant complain about the leather seats because they are very comfortable. Although look out for the price of snacks, peanuts etc..

I have flown wit them a few times in New Zealand and to Japan. They suit themselves and treat passengers with contempt but if they are cheap enough would probably put up with them again. They would have to be half the price of a proper airline like Air New Zealand, JAL or Emirates before they are worth the trouble though.

Jetstar are not just the worst airline to fly with but one of the worst businesses to do business with. You can not contact anyone who works for them, they do not answer phone calls or emails. They don't even have a proper reception to answer incoming calls. jetstar owe me money for work that they contract me to do. They are only making money by not paying their bills.

Hi, We flew and returned from Penang on Jetstar over the weekend. It was mostly good, considering it among 'budget airlines.' Just feedback that i believe will cost Jetstar absolutely nothing and can only enhance its service quality and image, which is essentially it's 'communication' with the passenger. At the boarding lobby in Singapore, we could not understand what was being announced, even though it was done in two languages, viz. English and Chinese (flying to M'sia?). The English standards to make public announcements can definitely be better. Just a matter of proper training, unless of course Jet Star takes no pride in that area at all. I doubt so. While in the aircraft, your attendants come across as 'trained but mindless'. Unfortunate indeed, for it is 'trained behaviour'. The manner and tone of instructions and response is almost that of a teacher and kindergarten students or the military. Surely there can be a more natural human tone to ask a passenger to turn off his or her cell phone. There are all the 'please,' 'sir and madams', but feels and sounds contrived. It is the consistency in all the attendants on both flights that has prompted this note - it is obviously a trained nature. Money was spent training the attendants to be this way. Surely that same training could have been put to better use. Otherwise it only reflects the nature of the organisation's culture and leadership. The little things do count and Jetstar can reman a budget airline, big on its human quality. Cheers joe

I flew Jetstar before which I would discribe as no frills airline . All are acceptable. I've just book their advertised special before Christmas, and they become my least preferred airline. I now have to pay a seat fee to sit together with my family . Their website is full of hidden area where I only noticed after they charged my credit card. I did not noticed they charge me $34 booking fee for a $476 airfare(7.1%) which is the highest . They would not consider refund they even I agreed to pay direct deposit immediately after I alert the mistake. After I express how I'm unhappy about the experience. Nothing been done and I would never fly them again. Terrible

Changed a flight with Jetstar for a later date because of a family matter. They told me they would charge an extra $20AUD for the flight change. When I checked my credit card they had charged me an extra $220! and didnt even refund the initial booking charge. Will never fly with Jetstar again ever!!! Please tell your friends and family to boycott this airline. Never received my updated intinery either after calling twicw to request it.

Never again will I consider flying Jetstar. The most rudest staff I have ever had. After choosing to add on bags after making the booking we are only allowed to have 2 15kg obags and have to pay $64 dollars aud! No boarding call made. Not aware the flight was boarding until I heard the FINAL boarding call. Don't fly jetstar.
