This is not the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or the other carrier' site here, but the discussions on the services of the KLIA. If there is no flight information (e-ticket number / reservation number, date , destinations/ origin / name), noone is able to reply without the correct data and the full data. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce air carrier / date / fllight number / airports / your name. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 48 hours - 144 hours by free staff in English. This was my story from yesterday, I am looking forward that someone in your good office will take action and hear on this matter. I love Malaysia as I told my brother-in-law from Melaka, that Malaysia will be my second home. Please read my story below: Today April 11, 2017 on or about 5:00 - 5:35 PM, as me and my wife was falling in line at the immigration departure area (KLIA@2) We, a lot of passenger in line saw that an immigration officer threw someone's passport and it flew over the head of another immigration officer who is in booth 15. Everybody was shocked at what that officer did, you can hear everyone whispering how that officer showing force and having tantrums. A line was almost empty so some of the people jumped on that line including my wife. The immigration officer who had show tantrums with no respect and customer service went straight to my wife, grabbed her tightly by her arms and "shoved" her forcefully away from the lane and point her to go back to her original line. My wife almost fainted in nervousness, so I calmed her and told her to just stay with me . That same officer did the same to others who was in that line, most of them are female and one male. This is such a disgrace for your good office, for the officer (HE NEED TO ATTEND ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASS) He need to understand the reason why he is in that job or position, it's because of us who travels. What I mean is he could do it in a "MORE CIVILIZED MANNER" rather than being "BARBARIC". I accept, I think everyone does accept, that most of those people who have been shoved with force would accept they did something wrong, my point is as an officer you still have to give the best customer service possible and become a gentleman in spite of the stressful day at work specially to women. A co-passenger who was also hurt by the same officer who was so mad, gave me his name. His name is Mozhid in booth number sixteen. My purpose in writing this is to improve customer service, and practice to became an "Officer and a Gentleman" at the same time, hope this help. Luckily, we brought my wife's hypertension medicine. What if this happen to you? What if this will happen to your mother, your sister, wife like me, your daughter. Please have a heart with the customers. I don't think we deserve to be treated that way. Very bad experience. Please Advice God bless.... Shallom!!!! Please Advice. Mr. Martin Loreto Domingo

Good afternoon I will be travelling to hong kong from colombo on 9th March with a 3 hour transit in kuala lumpur I will be travelling using an emergency travel document as i lost my british passport in colombo on saturday 25th february and do not have time to get a new passport issued until i return to sri lanka. My question is: Are there any restrictions for my 3 hour transit in kuala lumpur using this emergency travel document Please advise asap as the brittish high commission can not issue me the correct emergency travel document without this information. Your website says as long as the travel document is endorsed with Malaysia.I can verify this will be the case. Many thanks in advance for your help Regards Jade ________________________________
