Had terrible customer service. They did not let me board because they were not up to date with current visa offered by china, including the 72 hour transit visa.

My husband booked tickets on Laos airlines through a third party and I also booked the same tickets directly so I contacted Laos airlines and they confirmed that I could get a refund in 2 weeks and they would cancel the tickets….that was 2 months ago and still no refund

hello, can you explain me why you promote on your website the flight Pakse --Danang ,but it is not possible to book it !!!! Thanks Roger Caels
