the same thing happened to me when trying to fly from Alghero to Rome in August. Showed up at the airport only to be told "Livingston don't fly this route anymore". would have been REALLY helpful if Livingston had informed us. I mean, i get it that sometimes businesses go under but the least they could do is tell their customers!!! i did get a reply from Livingston in September when i emailed them about a refund...text of the reply below: We would like to give you information regarding the refund of tickets you have purchased before June 25th 2014 for flights cancelled later. Since New Livingston has been admitted by the Court of Busto Arsizio to the so called “procedura di concordato preventivo con riserva” the settlement of the debts resulting before June 25th 2014 are temporarily and automatically suspended, also including the reimbursement of tickets purchased before that date. The decree of admission to the above mentioned procedure clearly states that “no payments can be done against credits older than the filing of the petition”, penalty is the revocation of the procedure itself. However, New Livingston is currently applying to the Court of Busto Arsizio for permission to refund all the tickets within the closure of the procedure, as per art. 182-quinquies of the Bankruptcy Law. As soon as this permit is obtained, the refunds could be processed, upon receipt of a written request and consistently with the different methods of purchase. It is understood that the effective possibility to process the reimbursements of the tickets remains subject to the authorization of the Court of Busto Arsizio. A friend of my daughter just flew with livingstone DONT BOOK WITH THEM, he went from albania to what he thought was straight to england, they told him there was a connecting flight in milan, which he knew nothing about, ended up in rome for 3 days, no money....nofw his bags have gone missing!

I am a travel agent in New Zealand. I had clients booked to fly 11th June Alghero to Rome and they turned up to the airport and were advised their flight had been cancelled and they had to buy a new ticket on another airline. They were told the Livingston ticket would be refunded, however I have been trying to contact Livingston for 2 months now with no joy! DO NOT BOOK LIVINGSTON AIR! They never on time, minimum 1.5 hours delay on each flight. Currently waiting at Tirana airport to go to london and departure time is 17.25 and the plane has not landed yet from Bologna. They have 18.30 departure time but I know it will be longer. They are a * of space. Do not book with them

Yes, I got the same problems with them. My flight Milano - TIA was cancelled and I had to search several hours in MXP airport to find someone who can make contact to them. Finally, with ENAC it worked and we got a replacement flight with one day delay. Still, they have to pay a penalty fee but refuse to pick up the phone or reply to emails. Now I will sue the company for the penalty fee.

I received at 10 in the morning on a friday, one day before I had to fly with them to Lamedusa, with a ticket which was also quite expensive, an email saying that they cancelled the flight for commercial purposes and rebooked us to a flight from another company, leaving at 6.30 on saturday morning, thus to a flight which was not comparable to the one we booked (which was leaving at a comfortable 5 pm) and which was going to leave only 20 hours later. It is also not possible to contact them by phone.

My time has been changing nearly 10 times now for the flight on the 2nd of August from London to Tirana, I'm very worried as I have weddings to go to within that week. If anyone has any more information please write here.

Is there anyone who has booked for the 2nd of August from gatwick to Tirana? Or has anyone flown to albania before with them? I would really like to know if there are any problems with them as contacting the airline is useless. ilda at least they have send you a email for cancellation but my mate have to go in Gatwick on 06/07/14(tirana) and been told the flight have gone at 4 o'clock something when nearly 6 hours early .i nearly bought a ticket but thanks to reviews i change my mind
