My husband lost his sunglasses and a name card holder on 1 Jan 17 when he was doing the security clearance of baggies. His Flight was at 10am. Scoot/Tigerairways.

Penang International Airport has a really lousy customer service. I, personally called the airport hotlines (baggage service department), but i was asked to call like 10 different hotlines. All ended up with no body picking up, or either the staff answered with no manner or said to be rude way. Really sick of these staffs, they are not deserved to be in these department. Customer is the priority of all, customer satisfaction is God * important.

I arrived at the airport on 21 July around 8.40pm
I was shocked and appalled by the staff at the luggage belts and the way the luggage was handled
Various personal items had been deliberately placed on the belt where I was waiting to pick up my bag
The staff on the public side who were in the area took it as a big joke and we're laughing and motioning to staff on other belts
It seemed that someone on the other side handling the luggage had put the items (which included a woman's bra) there
The staff did not remove them or take any action except to joke about the situation
The security lock on my own luggage was tampered with and damaged
I am a frequent flyer and have never witnessed such unprofessional conduct in all the years I have been travelling
