I lost my luggage on 16 June 2019 on flight from Dubai to Harare via Kigali. We were travelling as family, my daughter, my son and wife and their 2 children aged 1 year and another aged 4, and myself. As we checked in our luggage the attendant at the counter requested we give her the bags. So she put the tags on 4 bags and 1 was left without a tag. This we didn't notice in Dubai. On arriving at our destination that is when we realised 1 bag was missing. When we then wanted to see what tag number it was that is when we realised the bag was never tagged. We have reported the matter to Rwandair office in Harare. Please help.
Mine and my husband’s baggage got delayed by 5 days in South Africa on 17Dec 2017 and haven’t been compensated yet and was just handed over 80$ for one person on May 2019 What kind of a compensation is that?
RUBBISH!!!!airline.Do not try unless you want to be clothe less. The rating I can give them is Five stars on luggage losses and 10 stars on don't care attitude.Their customer care staff and cabin crew are lackadaisical and lack basic etiquette. Don t say I dint warn you.

Judging from the reviews, Rwandair have excelled themselves again. They have failed to deliver my bag and so far attempts to assist me have been shambolic. Little to zero customer service.
You just dumped us hotel, not caring about any request or need. You let us wait almost 2 hours at the airport while you knew since morning we going to be stuck till tomorrow, no proper arrangements made,. You let us take 45 minutes flight to Lagos while you suppose to know there is bad weather, tlet us return to accra......... then the captain kept on telling us the connecting flight is waiting. Why lie to us? What about hotel accommodation we made in JHB?

I travelled from Dubai to Johannesburg (flight WB 0301). I connected at Rwanda, Kigali (flight WB 0100). When I got to Johannesburg I found out that my luggage has been left behind in Dubai. Please advise as to how can I go about in tracing and getting my luggage. When I phoned they say it was last scanned in Dubai.
I lost my luggage on the 30 of November till today up to no avail,i have been calling send emails to the lost an found in OR Tambo international but they sending me to pillar to post and today it's the 17 December still waiting for my luggage and no respond what so ever
this is the WORST airline EVER!!!!! Really the WORST!!! I was convinced being a new airline, they will be at their best for a few years before start showing their true colors. But this has been the worst experience EVER!!! they hire cheap labour for ground staff with no experience at all. Only to do a simple boarding check takes the whole day. and later, you are told the plane has left and next flight is in 2 days. they don't even bother to check you in a hotel for proper rest. they tell you to go wherever and if you make it for the next flight, good for you! how careless!!!! Other airlines will check you in a hotel if your delay is their fault, but Rwandair, don't even bother asking. Next thing is the baggage. If your baggage arrives on time, then you must be a very lucky person. Now is one month, I haven't even had latest update of my 25kg bag. they only say that they are following up...straight to the face. Many people complain about missing baggage and stuff. it this how the airline makes money? by making people's baggage disappear? you guys better find my bag because next time I come to that office, I will not be coming alone.
I arrived with Rwanda air today only to discover that 2 of my baggages have been left behind in Dubai. After reading these reviews im more worried as to whether i will receive my bags or not. This is a very serious matter that you guys need to look into & take necessary measures. If you want to reach international standards & attract more passengers then you need to improve your services please.
This is Africa's fastest growing Airline and is now flying to 16 destinations with over 100 weekly flights, definately one of the best African Airlines, problems can be expected but I think it greatly outperforms it's African Competitor Airlines by far
Please ive also used this airline but we should appreciate that from the levels of Rwanda not much to go into details and how first they country is trying to push on unlike most same xtries one would give a credit to this air line basing on the fact that a mistake paves way for strength when realised,go on Rwandair iwl support u always all the comolaints happened some day to say.Failure to push these airlines is Judging their humble beginnings.
