The airport shuts its heat completely off at night and in February no less. They never advised any passengers or ticket holders in advance that this was the case. All of us who had a layover got really cold and couldn't sleep. I don't understand why the flight attendants don't hand out blankets at night when they know how cold the airport gets. They sure don't respect their passenger/customers who pay good money for their tickets. There's just no excuse for treating people this badly.

Concerns booking FM9070 on 01dec from TSN to PVG in name of Mr Bergman. Shanghai Airlines cancelled the flight and Mr Bergman had to buy a new ticket for CNY2030 / rmb2111tkt 1820946642 for HU7205 01dec.
