There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier in most comments. No one can reply without the correct and full data on the reservation or on the flight/destination. Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce date / fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 2-5 days by free staff in English. Dear Sir or Madam, I have tried in many times, to contact any people of your staff, in order to amend a number, in nthe Reservation : MCBSTY. It is for my husband and I. What I need, is to put the number of my Argentinian Passport in first place, instead of the Italian one,( I have bpth) ID Argentinian Passport : AAA433225 ID Italian Passport: YA7420296. The airport shuts its heat completely off at night and in February no less. They never advised any passengers or ticket holders in advance that this was the case. All of us who had a layover got really cold and couldn't sleep. I don't understand why the flight attendants don't hand out blankets at night when they know how cold the airport gets. They sure don't respect their passenger/customers who pay good money for their tickets. There's just no excuse for treating people this badly.
