Hallo, I have an question. I'm from Germany. My son has booked a flight from Zurich zu Praque. The flight-number is: 3u8296, 23.6.2018, 11:25. My son is 17 years old an has received his ticket. Now I want to book another ticket with the organisation "Airtickets" in Germany. But the main question is: Is it allowed and possible, that my daughter can also book a flight from Zurich to Praque. I want ti ensurrance, that my daugher also san fly. Please give me soon an answer. Thank you! Same thing happen d with m as well Those are dirty people who are ruled by dirty stupid ruler and the outcome of that is the entire China Guest : 3U8618 J seat 1F 13th July 2017 My flight was delayed more than 10 hours from Hong Kong.. we were turned away from the runaway at Hong Kong international airport before we takeoff..we stacked inside the aircraft for 2 hours in hot weather.. no water or drinks were served.. I traveled at business class ,when i arrived at Chengdu airport on 14/07/2016 early in the morning.. the ground staff was handing out 200 RMB.. which was below expectations compensation.. I would like to have compensation for unconviance .. the ground staff was unfriendly.. I have to lost my temper before they have to arranged taxi for me.. one ground staff was so stupid ..he through the money and ran away inside the terminal.. I have to do straggle to returned to the terminal to approached two Sichuan airlines ground staff and asked for their help.. they hardly speak English.. I had bad experience with the Sichuan airlines ..

Piece of * airline companiy First the serv the ferries and slchespes food I saw some cans with expired date Second they treat people like the red of Chinese who are used the communism and those dirty rules Third they comman people not to smoke and they kept us in a halt for international travelers with no bathroom or restuarants, or any thing to buy to eat or smoke king rooms

Good day Madam/ Sir, I recently travelled on Sichuan Air ( Flight: 3U8812 - ETKT: 8765909040659/1), form Jinan International to Chengdu International. With booked luggage: A) 3U 3876905627 B) 3U 3876435160 I got transferred at Chengdu International Airport, to flight QR861 ( Doha, Qatar ), but my luggage weren't transferred to the Qatar Airline. Could i just get an status update, of when will the 2 luggage bags, be handed over to Qatar Airways? Why is the online help, managed so bad from Sichuan Airways side? can,t get hold of you!!

Never again. Worst airline in the world. They lost my luggage and they want to forget me. Lost my best clothes and my electronic gadgets. Dont go near this cheap airline. You get what you pay for. They should be banned from the USA. I would not ride their plane even if it is free. Nasty experience . Nasty food.

Booked a sichuan airlines flight and tried to contact reservation, but there was no phone number or any other contact information. Never dealt with any airlines in the world that poorly. Shame on Sichuan Airlines!

I am right now at narita airport,yesterday I had a flight fr om narita to Kathmandu at 8:20pm.I reached at airport at 8:00pm.I was rejected by receptionist to do check in because of delay.After,that is just told me to contact to place wh ere I had bought my ticket .I am trying to contact airline person but nobody answer my phone,I am going to attend my own marriage ceromony in Kathmandu this time day after tomorrow .I am still waiting in narita airport hoping I could contact any person of the airway . My flight to Lhasa was canceled - they did not even bother to notify me ( flight was canceled well in advance ) despite having my phone and email. Had to buy a brand NEW ticket ( 800$ ), had to pay for my own hotel ( $200) and I am having a hell of time trying to talk to them. They do not speak english and they told they can only work if you have a chinese bank account!!!! How do I escalate this outside the company.

I wish to join their FFP Golden Panda. No information available in English for on line registration. It appears they don't really care. I have trouble using the phone but they have no address for email enquiries. I need to fly often in China but it seems they are not interested in English speaking customers.

Terrible treatment of pilots and flight attendants. Due in part to the very loosely worded CAAC regulations, this company has their pilots on duty for up to 18 consecutive hours. Often flying over 100 hours in 30 consecutive days. Training and other company events are put on their off days. Only allowing them 36 hours rest within 7 consecutive days. Often changing schedules. Flight attendants are frequently on duty from 16 to 18 hours and can actually be on consecutive duty for 24 hours!

Horrible company. Can never get a hold of them and they can't issue an infant ticket online. when you try over the phone they need a Chinese issued credit card!?! WTF! Who traveling in China on vacation has a chinese issued credit card. What a shitshow.

Our group has booked Sichuan flight 3U8655 for departure from Chengdu (9.20am) for Jiuzhaihuanglong on 26 Oct 2012. This is our first trip to Jiuzhaigou and we really wish to visit Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou park. If the flight depart Chengdu airport on time (i.e. 9.20am), we will be able to visit Huanglong on 26 Oct 2012. For the past 2-3 weeks, I have been monitoring the flight 3U8655 that departs Chengdu at 9.20am to Jiuzhaihuanglong has always delayed their flying time. What were the causes for the delay? We really hope to arrive Jiuzhaigou on time to visit Huanglong. If your flight does not fly on schedule on 26 Oct 2012, we may miss our opportunity to visit Huanglong. We urge you to investigate the cause of delay urgently and ensure there will not be any more late departure going forward. We really wish to support Sichuan Airlines in the future.
