Couldn't fly a KITE, late going over by over 2 hours, coming back also late. Having to wait over 2 hours for bags 1 trolley of bags left on run way out of 3 trolleys couldn't find it ,come on its no joke having to pay taxi for waiting then to call him to explain that sunexpress takes 2 hours to find 1 trolly. No one there at desk even to explain what's going on then have to pay more money on a taxi. Miss my child's birthday after paying 687 euros plus taxi a disaster ( dublin to izmir return flights). Damage bagage claim seems to be a run around job 3 different contacts, and to date have not yet recieved the compensation prommised. Travel was 27 March!!! Absolutley no service !!!!!!!

This ariline really sucks I mean I am trying to book a flight with them and it will not take my credit card. I tried multiple cards, but when I book with Turkish airlines my cc works just fine. Also there is no way to contact Sun Express. I have tried to call the call centers in the Netherlands, Turkey, and Norway - All I get is a recording or when I press 1 for English is just hangs up on me after a few seconds! I see why they are so much cheaper than the other airlines, what a joke! I emailed them but of course no answer.
