Sir My flight Lisbon-(Luanda)-Sao Tome on Oct.04 and return OCT.12, SAO TOME-(Luanda)-ANGOLA. When I checked in for my flight from Sao Tome, I handedover one bag, with polythene wrapper at the airport., for Lisbon. When I reached LISBON, polythene wrpping was missing, lock was broken and from inside the bag, 2 shirts and chocolates worth Euro 50/- were missing. I contacted TAAG office at Lisbon, she tried to help me but baggage staff was not available. I had my flight from Lisbon to Paris-BOMBAY. DT511 Sao Tome-Luanda: DT652 Luanda-Lisbon OCT 12.

We recently booked on TAAG to fly to Europe for the first time. I have emailed and tried calling all of the SA listed numbers for more information on my flight and I have yet to get a response. The phone simply rings endlessly. This does not bode well. If anyone at TAAG receives this message I would appreciate a call since I can't seem to call your offices. I wonder what is happening with TAAG agencies in Gauteng.i have been trying getting in contact with the agency since wednesday the 15 (tuesday)-january 2013 in order for me to do the booking for my return, phone is ringing but no one to picks. numbers tried:011 390 1023./ 011 450 1116/7/8/9 my ticket number is 1182102927545 FOID:PP/NO 84437
