THE SHITTIEST ONLINE SERVICE. TOOK ME 1-2 WEEKS TO BOOK A TICKET AND NOW THAT I WANT TO ADD A LUGGAGE TO MY FLIGHT I CANNOT DO IT BECAUSE THE SYSTEM TELLS ME TO PUT A CORRECT COUNTRY CODE WHICH I DID 100 TIMES. HONESTLY FRUSTRATING

I travel a lot and have to say that I never met more incompetent and rude customer service and that's not all they were slow too. I'm hoping to never fly with them again (JP114 PRN-Frankfurt)

Costumer service was rude and extremely slow. It took 45 minutes to check in the 10 people in front of us. If there were other options in Pristina I would have used them instead. Will try to avoid the embarrassment I went thru flight from PRN to Frankfurt) JP114
