Aeromar has apparently canceled all service to Mazatlan, effective Feb 27, but has failed to even contact us (it is now Mar 13). I have found no working number for customer service, in the U.S. or Mexico. I have no idea if they are planning to reimburse us. This is unacceptable service
Aeromar cancelled the flight today, 12:25 pm to Tucson, AZ. Once the flight was cancelled, they agreed to put us up for a night at a hotel. They solicited several taxi's and brought us to Holiday inn in Hermosillo. Apparently its the wrong hotel and now we are taking up space in a hotel who is not housing us. Trying to contact the airline and get anywhere is very hard, thank God we have a few spanish speakers in our group! Its been a long day with no end in sight.
