Hello! we booked a round trip ticket for jeju city for 6 passengers from Mactan Cebu international airport. Unfortunately it was cancelled because upon showing up to the airport the ground crew ask us a visa. we are not aware that we need a visa we only knew that no need visa upon entering jeju city. the ground crew promised our refund but until now they did not give our refund. please give us an update. thank you.

My batteries in the checked in luggage are missing and airbusan have confiscated them. Please let me know if you can return. There are almost 5 of them. Even the ones in my cameras. Can't accept this!

Still don't know if I can get frequent flier miles with parent company Asiana. Asiana is in serious need of good pr now, but Air Busan is impossible to reach. What are they afraid of?
A good airline for domestic flights, not international. I'm still trying to get my money back for a round trip flight to Hong Kong. Trying to contact them is almost impossible.
