Hello! we booked a round trip ticket for jeju city for 6 passengers from Mactan Cebu international airport. Unfortunately it was cancelled because upon showing up to the airport the ground crew ask us a visa. we are not aware that we need a visa we only knew that no need visa upon entering jeju city. the ground crew promised our refund but until now they did not give our refund. please give us an update. thank you.

I just made a booking for Air Busan from Busan to Seoul for 4 people for 29 Desember 2018 with the booking code 6208159. When the booking was written there was no baggage. I would like to make the following bookings for 3 x Adults 2nd January – Seoul (Incheon or Gimpo) to Japan (Haenada or Narita). Preferably early flight, around 9:00 am. 7th January - Japan (Haenada or Narita) to Ulsan or Busan. Preferably early flight, around 9:00 am. 12th January – Ulsan or Busan to Seoul (Incheon or Gimpo). My batteries in the checked in luggage are missing and airbusan have confiscated them. Please let me know if you can return. There are almost 5 of them. Even the ones in my cameras. Can't accept this!

A good airline for domestic flights, not international. I'm still trying to get my money back for a round trip flight to Hong Kong. Trying to contact them is almost impossible.
