Customer service name Mr. Aditya from Bagdogra gave ticket for my mother a lady between the two males. I requested we r 3 peoples give in d same row. We are in different seats and my anty also got ticket between the two males. I m very dissapointed with such act. Cant a customer service knows the ticket holder is male or female on d system so just give accordingly. Though we book ticket on the 5th september from the sites. I m not happy at all.

I had cancelled my airindiaexpress ticket and fighting for refund since june 2013.
they keep saying, the refund will be done and i had followed up at least 20 times.. no luck..
what should we do now.. i knew, one of my other friend has also same issue with them,

I'm not happy with the refund process of Air India Express when we cancel itinerary ,i purchce ticket on online Bahrain to Mangloore and i cancelled the ticket. now more then one year Air India has not paid back. i went to Air India office Bahrain Manama Branch they told me that i buy a ticket from online so i have to go Mumbai and i sent many e-mails to customer care dept there is no reply.so please refund my money back.

I'm not happy with the refund process of Air India Express when we cancel one itinerary , I had cancelled one of my Air Ticket to travel from Dubai - Trivandrum 2 months back but Air India has not paid back the amount to my account yet despite many e-mails that I sent to customer care dept , they always replay me that your
case has been forwarded to our finance dept for consideration (it's not any request to Air India),I just want my money back like a normal consumer's right.

This is the worst airline service i have ever got. They never Receive calls in any branches. Funny thing is i called Air India Express Dubai Office on Local time 9:30 am on Wednesday and their Voicemail says "we are currently closed our working hours are 8:30 - 7:00 Pm sunday to thursday. Please forget about the better reviews for this airline and remove this option from here.

Air India Express' refunding policies have to be examined. Refunds on flights cancelled by the carrier are questionable both w.r.t to "time taken" and "if at all"
