I traveĺled by airmauritius july 2016 from uk and it was noticed there was a fault in plane but they still flew and had an emergency landing in France. The staff & airline was rubbish with no support. I was abandon in France with my sick child and no communication with airline. They do not have any responsibility towards passengers in event of a crisis and no humanity at all. No action has been taken till now even complained about it.

I TRAVELLED FROM MAURITIUS TO NEW DELHI ON 2ND JULY 2014 : DEPARTURE MAURITIUS 2115 HOURS 2ND JULY 2014 AND ARRIVAL NEW DELHI 0615 HOURS 3RD JULY, 2014, FLIGHT MK 744, ECONOMY CLASS SEATS 10E, 10C, 10D (THREE SEATS, MYSELF AND MY TWO DAUGHTERS) DURING MY TRAVEL WE CARRIED ONE SMALL CAMERA WITH ME AND SINCE I WAS FEELING UNWELL AFTER HAVING THE DINNER IN THE FLIGHT (COMPLAIN AND ACTION ALREADY TAKEN BY THE INFLIGHT CREW), I KEPT THE CAMERA IN THE POUCH IN THE SEAT INFRONT OF SEAT 10D. WHICH I FORGOT TO PICK UP AFTER THE FLIGHT LANDED IN NEW DELHI. ON REACHING HOME AND UNPACKING THINGS. I CALLED UP THE AIRLINE AT AROUND 0900HRS AND WAS ASSISTED BY TWO STAFF MR NITIN SHARMA AND HIS JUNIOR. WHO DID TRY AND FIND OUT IF ANY CAMERA WAS DELIVERED BY ANY CLEANING STAFF TO THEM. THEY SAID THAT NO SUCH CAMERA WAS FOUND. I ALSO CONTACTED MR GAGAN SHARMA ABOUT THIS MATTER AND AFTER SENDING ONE EMAIL TO ME SAYING THAT NO CAMERA WAS FOUND, HE DID NOT SEND ANY MORE REPLIES TO MY OTHER EMAILS. INFACT I AM ASTONISHED THAT INSTEAD OF GIVING A PROPER FEED BACK AND ARRANGING NECESSARY CHECKS INCLUDING FOOTAGE OF THE VIDEOS. THEY CHOSE TO KEEP QUIET. THE CAMERA IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AS IT CONTAINS MEMORIES, THE REACTION AND THE SUPPORT OFFERED WAS TERRIBLE

If you are ill in that plane the First Aid is rubbish. The air hostess needs to learn how to respect the passengers. They treat passengers like dirt if they think you are Mauritian. They need to realized that the customers pay their wages and NOT to be treated like dirt and talked down to.NO PASSENGERS NO AIRLINE.NO AIR LINE NO JOBS.

Atrocious service on Air Mauritius and no follow up on complaint. Having pre-booked two aisle seats we found ourselves seated behind an incessantly screaming infant. Since the flight wasn't full we asked to be moved. The young father of the child overheard our request, took offense and became aggressive, threatening to beat up my husband and verbally abusing me. We called the purser, but before we could say anything, the father accused us of threatening his wife and children. The purser believed him. We are a well traveled couple in our 50s and have never experienced anything like this. We were moved - but we were shunted to rear of the plane and put in a middle and window seat - despite there being several rows of empty seats (which we were told were broken). We have since complained to Air Mauritius for being derelict in their duty of care, but have received no response. I'd further add that flying on an AM plane is like traveling in a compressed sardine can - there is utterly no leg room.
