I had the same email from AA Philippines and have sent lots eforms, phoned the Australian Call Centre and Chat line requesting to change my flight. Still waiting for my new itinerary! I guess the Philippines don't care about their customers.
Not worth the risk of flying with AirAsia Philippines again. Truly disgusted at how they care for their customers. I made reservations and paid for 3 tickets (≃US$ 425.- ) last April 19, 2013. On May 24, 2013, they sent mass notice of flight cancellations aka reschedule-without-new-dates emails to customers. Apparently, all flights scheduled for June 15 onwards leaving Clark were cancelled. More than a week had passed and no new schedules were sent. I followed up on all their channels (e-form, twitter, facebook, etc.)...to no avail! I eventually filed for refund, but was told that refund process would take 30 banking days and the the 30 days would start upon acknowledgement of my refund request. AND THEY ARE NOT ACKNOWLEDGING MY REFUND REQUEST. So, they get a hold of my money for a month already and they intend to hold it for another month or more! What a fantastic way of generating cash! No need to borrow from banks and pay interest! Just sell promos and use people's money! Will never get tickets from AirAsia Philippines again.
