I am always travel with airblue but this time i travel 8 dec from dubai to multan but i am very upsat from dubai airport staff behaviour not good i think airline need to work on it.and also i refill the form in flight PA 811.

year 2018 (all messages): This is not the Airblue site, but the discussions forum here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier . Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name and email address. I had flight from sharjh to islamabad on 8th March 2018. I reported to the counter at 2:50pm due to some traffic in sharjh I got delayed but the supervisor on the counter refused and told be the counter has been closed although the counter was still open for which I requested to attain me but he showed such aggresive attitude by using said if u can't come on time so take another airline service we are not here to entertain u etc etc .which really made us groomy and other relevant passenger because nobody is happy from your sharjah airport supervisor . As I missed the flight which was easy to be taken but due to harsh attitude of your supervisor got missed and wasted my time and money . Kindly I request you to always hire the educated competent and polite person .

Tavnveer : airblue from jeddah to multan : deducted payment 1. If you rember the date and flight number, you can call the AIRBLUE and ask them to ussue the ticket to your e-mail address. 2. If the AIRBLUE refuse or fail to do so immediately, you can submit a claim to cancel the exact transaction , as you had not done it. You shall not need to explain any other details to the bank. your bank must return money maximum with 30 days.

Failure to do so can lead to your legal suite case against the air carrier either in PK or in UAE. You can claim maximum weight in kg x 20 USD / kg . Such claim is a comparetably inexpensive court procedure either in PK or in UAE.

Guest : Verification of Credit cards can be done online or it needs to be done at the time of check in? This is a huge confusion. Please clear this first. You need to go there in person and show the card... Make sure you are using a card with your NAME written on it... Do not use prepaid debit cards (i.e UBL wiz, MCB Lite). They don't verify them... because apparently they have no connection with the bank ... ( Had a terrible experience with that, still waiting for the refund :( )

What kind of form my family members will need to travel on my debit card purchase? I booked a ticket for my colleague using my credit card, and he was travelling because his mother was hospitalized. I gave him an authorization letter with a copy of my credit card, but they did not allow him to board. They want me to go there in person with my credit card and id card. WOrst experince today with Air Blue and Probally last time I booked this airline. Becuase of pathetic and poor customer care the staff missed our flight for four passenger, not only for us there were 4 more families that were not boarded there with no main reason. All above the lady staff in blue uniform were looking like a local bus service representative. Poorest and pathetic. I visit their office at down stairs and another lady there was same attitude with no professionalism and ethics to speak to client. I suffer monetery and mentall as well. Extreme disappointed.

I am a frequent flyer of Air blue number 17987909 ,ON Friday 13 may 2016 while travelling from Lahore to Abudhabi, my luggage did not arrived at Abudhabi, I complaint in the airport as well as I informed air blue office to take immediate action. Air blue head office provided 2 contact numbers 0506674139 and 0566822047 and I am not getting any response from them. Mostly these numbers are switched off nor they pick the phone . I am very much worried about as I do not want to miss all of my belongings. I like to request to let me know the location of my luggage. I am working here at off-shore. I am here by attaching my complaint report. I got response that in 21 days I will get my luggage back but,till now no action is being taken. And the response from air blue office people is really bad . They are always making excuses and giving contact numbers which are not in response. I have booked 3 tickets for my family through website reference booking number ETORDT in which i was requiring 1 ticket with luggage for my wife and 2 tickets without luggage for my children aged 3 and 4 years. Unfortunately your website does not support 1 ticket with luggage and other tickets without luggage i tried a lot finally i booked all tickets without luggage deciding i will rectify in your sales office while payment. I sent my representative in your sales office and they prepared 2 separate tickets one for my wife and the other for my two children. My complaint is that i booked 3 tickets online for AED 327 + 247 + 247 = Total AED 821, but your sales person in Dubai has taken AED 887. Please refund my AED 66 as i am your regular flyer. What can I say about this Airline. They rip people off. I booked a return flight from Dubai to Pakistan for my husband, I live in the UK and paid by Visa Debit card. The transaction went through and e-tickets sent to my husbands email. He was meant to fly out today the 28th. But when he got there they would not let him board, they said I had to be there to show my card I paid with. My husband phoned me, and i spoke to the boarding officer to confirm everything my husband was saying, but still he would not let him through. We had to book another ticket with PIA for the 29th. I have tried emailing many times. NO reply. I constantly phone there so called 24 hour customer service line. Its an answer machine all it says! sorry this number is temporarily out of order. I checked my bank, they have taken the money. How can they get away with this type of behavior. There does not seem to be anywhere to complain. Although I will make my complaint to Trading standards, ABTA and ATOL. I have never heard of this Airline until until now. I truly wish I never came across them.
