Never use LAN. Worst airline ever!!!!!! I traveled fr om Australia to Colombia and the airline lost my luggage, i had to wait 5 days to get the luggage. 20 days later I traveled from Colombia to Australia and they again lost my luggage. I have been waiting for my luggage and they do not wh ere it is have been 5 days waiting for. Feeling so upset for having this issue twice in less than a month!!! Never use this airline again!!!!!

This company is unprofessional and their staff are rude and can't answer any questions. They cancelled the flight and I am still waiting for them to return my money. They refuse to refund my credit card.... Unbelievable.. they want me to give them my personal bank account details to get the money back... I don't trust them and would not want them to have this information at all.... Did anyone get their money back? if yes, please tell us how?! thanks.

I traveled with them in december 2009 and they lost my luggage. One supervisor told me they don't know what happens with bagages once they got them in international flights. Up until now they haven't paid me back and althoug I requested almost $1200 in lost items they will pay me back $320, are they serious? (if one day they pay something back)
