dont ever fly with this airline it is terrible i have flight from istanbul to simferepol they cancelled the flight 2 weeks ago and they called us 3 hours before departure. if you fly with air onix also you have a chance to lose your money still waiting for money refund !!!! if the ground services are such a terrible i couldn't image if you fly with this airline. that was the worst nightmare ever don't fly they cancel many flights also without any notification. if the plane is not full they say ok lets cancel it we will refund money maybe 1 months later maybe not

2.5 hour flight from Simferopol to Tel-Aviv without air-conditioning. Flight was stuffy and uncomfortable to say the least. Hope they get this issue fixed, it was a complete disaster.
