You treat disable people like actual * . Shame on this airline for even * existing and being so ignorant to add basic facilities for those that are disabled. Absolutely horrific and the CEO should be ashamed of himself for giving such a * reason as to why they can’t keep a single piece of equipment for disabled people.

Really poor service on Tues 1st August 2017 from Palma to Edunburgh. Delayed on plane for an hour in appalling heat when engine wouldnt start. Journey was a bit rough and landing bumpy but airplane was old and bathroom very tatty. I wouldnt fly with them again. I booked through Thomson whom I presume chartered this flight but I will be making sure it isnt repeated even if I book with Thomson again.

I SENT YOU AN E-MAIL DATED THE 7 th JUNE COMPLAINING ABOUT YOUR FLIGHTS TO MALAGA ON THE 29th OF MAY &THE 5th JUNE ,THE CATERING ON BOTH FLIGHTS LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED .AND TO CROWN IT ALL THE RETURN FLIGHT WAS OVER THREE HOURS LATE ,WITH NO EXPLANATION ,AND YOU HAVEN,T HAD THE DECENCY TO ANSWER MY E-MAIL,I WILL BE CHECKING WHO I FLY WITH IN THE FUTURE ,AND I CAN ASSURE YOU IT WILL NOT BE WITH ALBASTAR.

I WAS A PASSENGER ON BOARD ONE OF YOUR FLIGHTS RENTED TO THOMSON,S FROM GLASGOW TO MALAGA ,AND THE RETURN FLIGHT ,TO SAY I WAS DISAPPOINTED,IS PUTTING IT MILDLY THEY HAD NO PROSECO,NO GIN,NO BRANDY THE FOOD TROLLEY WAS VERY POOR ,ON THE WAY OUT ,BUT ON THE RETURN FLIGHT WHICH WAS DELAYED BY THREE HOURS,WITH NO EXPLANATION ON WHY,IT WAS OVERDUE ,THE FOOD AND DRINKS TROLLEY WERE VERY BAD,I DON,T THINK THAT YOUR AIRLINE WILL BE GAINING ANY GOOD REVIEW,S FROM ME TO MY FRIENDS ,RYAN AIR HAS GAINED A LOT OF PLUS MARKS AFTER ,THIS FLIGHT

My husband and daughter are in the same situation with Alba Star. They've been stuck at Geneva airport for over three hours now with no explanation. Having read these other reviews I've just them a text suggesting they may be waiting another 3 hours yet!

We were on the same flight from Gatwick to Geneva and despite our emailing the airline they have not yet responded to our request for compensation as we also had a 3 hour delay on the way back from our skiing holiday. The travel agency we used advised us that the aircraft assigned for this service left Milan on time but had to return to stand due to a potential issue with a pitot tube heating system. The airline decided to dispatch their back-up aircraft from Palma de Mallorca. This aircraft experienced delays in arriving in London Gatwick associated with slot issues and weather conditions. Once the aircraft arrived at London Gatwick the weather conditions in Geneva deteriorated and as a consequence there were further slot delays leaving London Gatwick. Length of delay on your outbound flight: 5 hours 23 mins. We are entitled to compensation if they would be professional and answer our emails sent over January 2016. Anyone had any luck?
