THEY MUST BE IN TROUBLE THATS ALL I CAN CONCLUDE I HAVE TRAVELLED WITH THEM BEFORE BUT SOME FRIENDS HAVE HAD TERRIBLE PROBLEMS THEY WERE STUCK IN TENERIFE FOR DAYS WITH NO HELP OR INFORMATION THEY WERE DESPERATE MONARCH DIDNT WANT TO KNOW THEY ARE HAPPY TO TAKE THE MONEY BUT WHEN THINGS GO WRONG THEY ARE NOWHERE TO BE SEEN THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW COULD YOU PLEASE REPLY

why are monarch using AURELA this is a repeat of last year with SKYWINGS if anybody has flown with them they will now exactly what i mean the planes are old delays are then norm these plane should be grounded are monarch in trouble if anybody nows anything i would be very interested i have emailed Monarch but they havent replied suprise suprise i will never fly with you again

5th August 2012 I was really worried about flying with Aurela do to the fact that I had booked my flight with monarch who have wet leased Aurela for flights to nice. The staff are very pleasant, The plane did seem dated ? I do not like flying so had nearly five days of worrying what it would be like. No complaints.
