I hope that my complaint reaches people who carry the soul and spirit of change. My sister had her one month and two weeks year old twins traveling with her nanny. I totally understand the high season traffic in the airport yet I believe it is about time to give priority to neonates, women with c section, elderly and people in need. Thanking the officer who allowed my sister to pass beyond the first checkpoint yet he allowed her and kept the Philippino nanny in the long queue. When I approached him to explain the situation, the twins are her first newborns and she canТt handle two babies crying his response was this is all that he can do. I believe the latter needs a humanitarian look from the Lebanese officers. As per the officer, your sister can wait 20 more mins despite the fact that another officer came and told him that she canТt handle and the mom is crying! It is a shame to see such response! Looking for some ears to implement change to become one of the top airports.

The air arabia officials at the airport are extremely ignorant about the rules with respect to the VISA requirements as I was not allowed to board Air Arabia flight G9-388 on 23 Dec 2017 from Beirut to Sharjah, despite being an Indian Official Passport holder and thus exempted UAE VISA. I showed them all the documents stating that I am exempted UAE VISA but they did not agree. I took the next day FlyDubai flight FZ-5156 to Dubai and the airline had no issues on the subject as they were aware about the rules. please ensure that airline official at the airport are well informed so that what happened to me does not happen to anyone else.
