This is one of the WORST companies i have ever traveled with... always..i mean FREAKING ALWAYS LATE... last day we waited 9 hours in the airport of fiumicino in Rome so we could get back home...the flight was supposed to leave at 15:00 and it didn't..but it wasn't over yet.. at 17:00 we finally were boarding and we were inside the plane but then we waited for 2 hours inside because of the bad weather , and the staff didn't even open the air conditioning for us to breathe well because it was too * hot and the plane was very small and full of people.. then after 2 hours waiting (INSIDE the plane)to leave they say to us that the plane couldnt afford the weather because it was a small plane so we had to wait for another plane to come from tirana to rome, be cleaned and refilled and then leave..so we waited and waited and waited and they didn't even offer us food, we had to insist desperately so we could get something to eat...and finally at 12 AM we left for home with a new airplane wich wasn't even of belleair's and we waited inside the plane for another 30 minutes just to conclude the waiting marathon in the perfect way..and what is the thing i hate the most is that this company has no cheap flights...is NOT A LOW COST and the price of the tickets is not proportional with the services..their services suck...always late and always changing flights 2-3 days before...i don't recommend this company to anyone.
