I was CONFIRMED with my husband on the flight Nice Rome August 28 to September 1st (confirmation DL792X (Blu-Express - Ref Booking : P1SWLZMX)
Arriving at the airport, impossible to be checked because the code booking our our flights (DL....) was different with the booking codes if the company Mistral Air (codes 365...) that was in charge of this flights
After 2 hours and half speaking by phone with your company (I tried to resolved the problem by phone and the responsable or the airport did the same), the place finaly took off, without us....
The booked hotel of course was debited on our bank account, the ticket was pepaid, the taxis to go and to go back the airport paid.... etc.
It is now more or less 3 weeks that this append and.... nothing !
Let me know what you intend to do to refund AT LEAST the air tickets (415 euros) the hotel (150 Euros), the taxis (80 euros), and our holidays that..... we didn't had !

I still have to fly but my comments are really NEGATIVE already now, before the flight. It's coupple of days that I want to check in but it was not possible before 24 h. to the date. Today I tried again (I'm in the correct time) but you cannot have the seats without paying an extra fee, it's not posssible to check in without extra charges. I call the Company call center that after a long stupid release of information with no value, cut the line when finally you hope to speak with an operator. I tried again with same story. It's first time in my life that to get check in you have to pay an extra...

I have a flight booked with the airline from Santorini to Rome on July 11th. Ive read on reviews that prior passengers have been charged to add their middle names to their booking. I have a couple questions:
Is it mandatory to include the middle names on a booking?
If so, why was there no space or box, during booking, for me to add my middle name?
Lastly, if it is mandatory for me to add my middle name, then why am I being charged a fee?
I would appreciate a timely response, as my trip is upcoming.
DO NOT ever use this airline, their customer service is non existent and they do not care about their customers. Once they have your money they are more than happy to ignore you and even worse than Ryanair for their customer service.
No compassion for customers at all, partner diagnosed with cancer and told tough luck really from the airline when we could not fly. We could not get a refund, a little compassion goes a long way in business.
I have been trying to get ahold of someone about my lost luggage for 3 weeks now and sent several emails without any response. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experience in my entire life- it is shameful. The number I was given at the airport paperwork for customer support doesn't even work (out of service). I called Blue-Express airlines booking agent for a new number that I have tried to call everyday it was open (T,W,Th only for some reason) for over two weeks without anyone picking up the phone, which is from 12am-4am my time in Los Angeles. THIS IS A CRAZY AND CORRUPT AIRLINE.
I checked online to make sure my carry-on fit within thier specification, however upon arriving to the airport learned their website lied. They forced me to check my bag that had over $10k worth of personal effects in it, and then you LOST IT on a DIRECT FLIGHT from Mykonos. Absolutely unacceptable. I watched it get checked by your agent and watched the first bag come off the baggage claim in Rome.
After 3 weeks still can't reach anyone and have heard nothing of my lost luggage. DO NOT EVER USE THIS AIRLINE.
