Worst airline I have ever flown on.they are a joke.I was to fiy a simple flight from Tarija to Cochabamba.The flight was 1 and a half hours late.Then they had two airplanes leaving from the same gate at the same time.It was kaos.They made us walk past a running airplane to get to ours.Then the safty instructions were only in spanish even when there was clearly english speaking people on board.there was no appolagya at all for delay.Only 30 minute flight.Very unsafe airline.Do Not Fly...They should not be in busness....
I have booked 4 flights in a span of over a month. And flew in between Santa cruz and La Paz. La paz and Tarija via Cochabamba. Tarija and Santa Cruz. Website: it is the worst airline website i have used. Approx 30% of the times it doesn't load or it gives you a "error, try later". Price: if you compare it to europe, definetely ok. Flying experience: They are very thorough about the emergency exit security, which is a good thing. But if your flight has a stop over...BEWARE....you will be asked to exit the aircraft, exit the transit aerea....go outside....do the security AGAIN and board another flight. It is probably too complicated to put a person outside the aircraft who selects the people that are continuing on the next flight thus avoiding all this troubles...

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: MY FATHER PURCHASED A TICKET OVER THE PHONE, WHEN HE WENT TO THE TICKET COUNTER TO CHECK IN, HE WAS TOLD THE PERSON WHO BOOKED THE RESERVATION MADE A MISTAKE INPUTING HIS NAME INCORRECTLY INTO THE SYSTEM, AND THE NAMES DIDN'T MATCH SO HE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO FLY. WHEN WE TRIED TO REBOOK, WE WERE ADVISED WE NEED TO PAY $246.00 DOLLARS. THEY WOULDN'T GIVE US PARTIAL CREDIT OR A REFUND. WE PAID FOR A SERVICE WE DIDN'T USE AND NOW WE ARE PAYING THE PRICE BECAUSE ONE OF THEIR AGENTS MADE A MISTAKE. IT IS NOT JUST THE $600.00 LOSS IT'S ALSO VACATION TIME THAT GOES DOWN THE DRAIN. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BUT MORE THAN THAT IS UNFAIR FOR ANY CONSUMER. I HAVE ATTACHED THE COMPLAINT FILED TO BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU.
