Worst airline- flight changes 5 times. Origjnally booking at 2:10pm we are still waiting. Recent update is maybe 6:15pm. They didnt even tell us that time changed same day from 4:10 to 5:15 and now again we are still waiting for hopefully a 6:15pm departure. I fly 50% of the time for work and this is completely ridiculous. This is not a weather delay, this is incompetence.
They are the worst, they lost our bags coming into cayman brac, couldn't fine for two days and to top it off they lost them coming home and when we did get it back the bag had been torn through and my dive regulator was gone and some off the clothing was missing also. i will never fly on cayman airways again. With all this being said they never showed any caring about it all, it was more oh well it's your problem. Also i am trying to get someone from cayman airways to send me the forms to file a claim and that is like pulling teeth, I have been told several time will send it to you, guess what it never shows. i am sure the next thing that will be said is your out of time so sorry.
I am giving you my e-mail because of how strongly I feel, I am out over $1000 dollars and I want to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else.
