Booked a flight from Cork to London City. They changed the time of the flight from 8am to 12pm without even sending me an email. I found out by chance checking my booking online. I sent them an email, no answer so far. Probably this was the first and last attempt.

Arthur Bayele : Throughout the years I’ve always travelled with my parents, and I have never experienced what I did when flying with City Jet/Air France, by myself. The plan was a flight fr om London to Paris, and fr om Paris to China. They had lost my luggage by the time I arrived in Paris. I ended up missing my flight due to staff that didn’t know wh ere to direct me so instead sent me on a wild goose chase. thats strange, i had a very good experience with city jet. After getting through that, and arriving in China a day later I anticipated receiving word from the airline as well as my luggage (as promised). Throughout my 8-day stay not once was I contacted by the airline to tell me wh ere my luggage was, I ended up collecting my luggage from an airport several hundreds of miles by myself a day before I returned to London. This was after my father made hours of phone calls chasing up the luggage from London. Members of staff were rude, they did not want to know, and they even hung up on him. Staff at the customer call centre apparently based in Mauritius had no information whatsoever. He eventually found one kind lady who felt sorry for him and assisted with his queries. At which point he was informed I was entitled to daily allowance from the airline This airline is a joke to say the least; they lack professionalism to another degree. To anyone considering flying with them, don’t. I only read reviews after my experience and it appears I’m not the only one who experienced problems, so it seems they don’t really care about their customers since nothing’s changing. Worst experience I’ve ever had and probably will have with any airline. i had a good time with city jet . i thought they were very professional.
