But the air line may b had some problam and next day they say me you have fligt but 2days stay in Prague ..then i send a mail on customer care but they no reply me ..i buy this ticket 236 euro ...now tell me what can i do !
I am truly disappointed with the HR side. My flight was cancelled and the only way to confirm the alternate flight proposed was via a phone call. I called the call center. They answered right away but then proceded to put me on hold for more than 20 minutes each time because the person who answered was not authorized to help me. This happened three times over an hour and a half and I still did not get to reconfirm my new booking. There was no other alternative - respond to the text or the email they sent. It seems to me that you need to reassess the set up of your call center and your customer service.
They are awful they schedule a number of planes on one day and then cancel them transferring people to one flight. They sold us seats on a high priced afternoon flights and then put us on the plane with low cost fare and kept the money. They don't have a creditable complaints system and are unable to meet basic standards of communication. In all the worst practices of any airline, shitty attitude and only exist because of restricted route availability in Praha. Heed my warning or you are likely to to endure a ruined holiday. They have a poor attitude to their customers which is standard in Czech Rep
Do not leave unattended luggages anywhere in Prague Airport, if you stop over there with Czech Airlines ask for your luggage and keep it with you,next to you, they may have a luggage deposit somewhere in the airport if you plan a trip downtown, my luggage and ,reportedly, many others have been searched and items stolen during the Stop Over, don't expect any refund from Czech Airlines, they will try everything for not refunding you, their customer care is ridicolous!!
