Hi, I have booked my round trip domestic flight ticket from Gimpo to Jeju on 17 Dec 2016 to 20 December 2016. However, can I change my flight schedule from Jeju to Gimpo on 20 December 2016 to 19 December 2016? I noticed that there is no charge fees if I made changes 8days before departure time. If I change the flight schedule with the fare same as my previous booking fare, do I need to pay for any charges? Between, I have tried to change my flight schedule but it stated "When changing schedule, your reserved seat, in-flight meal and checked baggage will be cancelled as well and you will receive refund depending on additional service refund policies.". Is the free checked baggage 15kg will be cancelled and I need to pay for it if I change my flight schedule? Hope can advise me with this. My email is wenya3131@gmail.com. Thanks.

What is the email address for Eastar Jet customer service? I made a payment on 8 February 2016. But I didn't received any email from them. So now.. I can't print any of my booking confirmation because I didn't have any booking number.. Any help please?

Hi. I am from Malaysia too. Look like u has successful made payment, right? I've been trying to book tickets from Eastar Jet for days but stuck at payment page. I've installed the file that the page instructed to install, but nothing happen. I cannot continue from that page. How you manage to book? Can you advise? I'm using chrome as the browser. I wrongly put 'e' instead of 'i'. Please advise. I have been trying to contact their customer service number too but unable to get through. Good evening customer service officer, My daughter is flying to Jeju fm Seoul on 21 July 2016 till 26 July 2016, I tried your website booking for several days and was unable to get the booking thru, in the end I booked thru EDreams, under Booking confirmation Eastar Jet: W5LHSS, half way thru, I realised its only one way Seoul to Jeju, I tried to correct the booking online but cantl, pls help to include the return on 24 July 2016 on flight 224 at !8.05pm from Jeju to Seoul. hi all, i just changed my date successfully.it's very easy if you are eastar jet member..no any charges for changes within 24 hours of your booking. log in ur member, go to "my page"..u can see all ur reservation detail there & can change date..cancel flight & change passenger name there..

Reservation no X972KG I've tried to call your center but no staff speaks english. My problem is my last name is switched with my first name. Can I still check in? It supposed to be HinKeong but I keyed as LiowHinKeong. Another thing is I'm not able to print my boarding pass online.
