Completely fed up with Easy Jet. Never again will use them, just not worth the wasted time no matter how cheap the flights. Guess there's a reason why they are so cheap.

I flew from Philadelphia to Cincinati and back on USAIR. Both flights were teyirfring. Due to a combination of bad weather and pilot error.The people I was working with claimed never to fly USAIR, nicknaming them US-SCARE. Perhaps this was an isolated incident, but it certainly left its mark on me. It was several years before I flew again.

on 27/jun2014 on a flight No. EZY1396 I left my cellphone at the bag sit and i realized it 3 min away from the plane, still on the way to pick up the luggage. i tried to go back to the plane but security didnt allowed me to go on the way back. they sent me infront to a lost & found office, saying there i have to make the report, the airline personal will bring it there, and tomorrow i can pick it up. for 3 min way.. i thought it is absurd!, but they insist those are the rules . in this case , fallowing the instructions, i made step by step as they said. Since then i have been calling, the airline, the airport and untill today i havent get my celphone back!!!

EM3B619 Hello everybody, is the "in advance printing" of boarding passes really a must ??? EasyJet seems to require it absolutely from e-passengers. I was waiting for the sending of this document for the above reference, which soud have been sent by EasyJet 30 days before departure. Above reference # reports to a Lisbon-Geneva flight 1448 sheduled Jan 11, 2014. Today, Dec 17 2013, 22:49, I am still waiting for it ! The friend for whom I did book this flight is leaving Geneva (with Esayjet...) tomorrow. Is there a risk that he woud get sticked to Lisbon on next Jan 11 ???
2013. 28.4 Genf-Alicante Abflug 17.15 Gestartet ist die Manischen um 21.30!! Bis um 20.00 Uhr keine Information an die Fluggäste wieso wir warten mussten 2013. 4.11 In Alicante ist beim Check In der Reisverschluss meines Handgepäcks gerissen. Ich hatte keine Möglichkeit diesen wieder instand zu setzen. Ich wurde mit 55 Euro gebüsst. Das Handgebäck wurde zum Frachtraum gebracht. Alle meine Proteste nützten nichts. Dies ist ein frecher Abriss von Fluggästen. Nun wechsle ich für diese Flüge zu einer anderen Gesellschaft
