Total * non service. The airlines should be forced to provide contact numbers for their CEO to receive complaints about sh!t service. Won't fly with this company again. Flight crews ok but management suxs.

Recommend to FLAIR airline: Put donation box for CLOTHES and other personal STUFF In front of departure counter because $105 or more for a backpack is too much.
They are looking for to charge you more at the counter . $110 charge for a small backpack in front of departure gate.

Hi I was overcharged for the 1st check in bag - need explanation and refund of the overcharge.
Complaint of overcharge of 1st checked in baggage fee. I traveled from Calgary International airport to Vancouver this morning 27/07/2018 by F8513 that left Calgary at 9:00. My complain: I was overcharge for the 1st checked in baggage. I was charged CAD36.75 instead of CAD25.00 and I would like the airlines to explain why this happened and I would like a refund of the overcharge. Thank you.
Flair is the worst airline I have ever flown with. Every single time I have flown with Flair, I have faced delay of more than 8 to 9 hours. Currently, its 11:16 pm (25th May) and I am waiting in the lounge at the edmonton airport for my toronto flight at 12:15 am (26th May) which was originally supposed to take off at 6:15pm (25th May) and then at 10:15pm and then at 11:00 pm and now at 12:15 am. Flair has no respect for others’ time...Period..Even the staff at the flair counter seems to be highly arrogant and unapologetic. I and along with 50 passengers waiting in the lounge are praying that flair goes out of business soon so that it stops ruining people’s valuable time. I will make sure that I do enough damage to your company’s reputation that you lose every single customer. Needless to say, I would like to be heavily compensated for my lost time and energy. Lesson Learned: Never ever fly with Flair.
I have travel from Hamilton to Winnipeg and back at the first of March on a promotion code trye d to sign up again April and system sent out did same back in Feb of this rebooked tickets 2 weeks later with another airline. Flights are good cheap but very difficult to print tickets and get military discount that they advertise 7168005814
This airline is a joke. Changed my flight on the weekend before Spring Break to a time that I could not make. On hold for 2 hours and they hung up. No other phone number to talk to anyone in a supervision or manager position. NOTHING. Sent 3 emails that they said would be responded to within 48 HOURS, which is ridiculous. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM EVER.
Don't book with Flair Airlines....my son was left stranded in Winnipeg last night trying to get to Hamilton. Seat was booked and confirmed, boarding pass was issued...he even went through security to find there was no flight. Had to book with West Jet to get to Toronto and then arrange further transportation to Hamilton.....Flair doesn't want to take responsibility. Flight was book through Flair website...although somehow eDreams issued itinerary...neither will take responsibility.....wonder how Transport Canada will react knowing several people made it through security with "bogus" boarding passes!!!
DO NOT FLY ON FLAIR!The 99$ airfare is not worth it! I made a booking 2 months prior to my flight date. They cancelled my 1:00 flight and put me on a 7am flight. This meant I had to overnight in Abbotsford in order to be there at 5am. Also i had prepaid transportation from YVR to YXX non-refundableble and had to buy again. The 150.00 extra it cost me because they cancelled was not compensated at all!I was on hold at least an hour every time I called and the employees had no idea what they were talking about. I couldn't check in on-line and they said it must be MY computer!No it was not.They assured me that the booking was there, but when I got to the airport it was NOT!Lucky for me the flight was not full.I have never seen such poor and crappy customer service!Once you book you're on your own!The communication is ZERO!!They just don't give a * !
Flair has a lot to learn about this kind of service to the public. Flights have been OK but if you call Flair's phone # - expect to be on hold for a long time - I have been waiting today for 75 min today and counting and a long time on other occasions. Nothing says on the e-mail confirmation or boarding info that there is a layover - though we knew there was - but we were not sure where the layover was or for how long. They changed our flight to Winnipeg without notice or any communication as to why. Good thing we had flexible schedules and back up to change other plans. When we were on flights - I have heard similar stories. Someone missed their flight because of poor communication and since there is only one flight that day and Flair does not fly every day, they had to wait a few days to fly. I think this airline is making other airlines look good.
WARNING! Do not book with this airline. If you have any customer service issues there is no contact information except an email address that they do not respond to. They lost my bag and offered me compensation. They found my bag on the last day of my trip and when I tried to contact them for compensating me (with what they had promised!) they stopped responding. That was a month ago. DO NOT FLY WITH FLAIR!!
The worst airline. Makes fraudulent credit card charges and lost my bag for a week.
