Belfast to leeds flight cancelled NO communication at all Very Poor

This is not the Flybe carrier ' site here, but the discussions regarding the services of the Flybe air carrier. If there is no flight information (e-ticket number / reservation number, date , destinations/ origin / name), noone is able to reply without the correct data and the full data. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and / or produce air carrier / date / fllight number / airports / your name at least. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / e-ticket and email address of the passenger in the attachment. The reply can be handlled within 48 hours - 144 hours by free staff in English. Last time I will ever book a flight through FlyBe... robbing twats. Booked a flight for me and a friend £60 return to Glasgow. That friend cannot make it now so went to change his name to another friends name. They want £125 for this privilege. They can suck it. We will be buying a new ticket at £95... and further more I will not cancel the other seat... no way are they going to sell it on for even more profit. The initial £60 is flushed down the drain too.
