payed alot for dreamliner got old plane instead with kaputt chairs,kaputt entertainment. not a word from norwegian about refound. that sucks!

Dear sir or madam .I was traveling fron Stocholm to Larnaca on flight DY 4401 on the 25 th of Jabuary 2014 seat number 5E and left my IPad on the front seat . I have contacted Larnaca airport as soon as I picked my luggage and they told me They will let me know if found . I gave them my phone number ,but I have not heard anything since . Can anybody please tell me what to do ?
