i have gone to your website and saw your flight schedule but when i tired to book flight on 18, 19, 20 dec, to bangkok, all show no flights???? stchua35@live.com

Do not take this airline. I booked their flight and they canceled it due to mechanical failure. Then, they promised a refund as they boarded us on a bus to Bangkok. I was suffering from a very serious leg infection at the time and needed to go the hospital in Bangkok. And it was a miserable ride. On top of it, the driver drove extremely dangerous the whole way, for 8 hours, weaving in and off the shoulder. They dropped everyone off at their respective flights, but I had to get a taxi to the clinic. I have been contacting them for MONTHS about the refund and they still have not done it after MANY promises. Do NOT use this airline. It will make you UNhappy!

Hi . We have booked our son flight with happy air. We got a comformation on saying our payment has gone through. But we have not go his ticket sent to us yet. We filled and payed on line ..
