I travelled Hop air yesterday and inside the airline and checking in at the desk it was perfect. However I have a walking stick and walk well with it. I was more than surprised to be told at the boarding gate that I could not enter the aircraft early with other passengers who might need longer. I am a silver member of flying blu and this has never happened to me before. They said if I wanted to board early I should have asked for assistance but why inconvenience people like that if I can still manage. I dont want to travel with Hop again
STAY AWAY FR OM HOP! I have purchase airline tickets from Venice to Lyon for $80 each for July's trip early in Apr. 2014. I was notified only two days before the departure date of the schedule changed to the second day. I was traveling in Venice then and have no ideal wh ere to stay in Venice for an other night and I have also have important meeting in Lyon that day. Hop did not offer any option for me to fly on the original date and even not notified me directly. We can only communicate with our booked agent, Onetravel. We ended up cancel our fly and booked an overnight train with much higher price (about 140 euro) since the tickets were book too close to the trip date. I will never purchase a ticket from this airline!!!
