This is not theIraqi Airways carrier' site here, but the discussions on the services of the Iraqi Airways. If there is no flight information (e-ticket number / reservation number, date , destinations/ origin / name), noone is able to reply without the correct data and the full data. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce air carrier / date / fllight number / airports / your name. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 48 hours - 144 hours by free staff in English. I am asking why Our trip IA 965 on 18 Jan.2018 at 0900 was without service ,i.e.the crews didn’t serve the breakfast to the passengers.

I also was unplesantly astonished when this airline refused to make check in Berlin because they " did not see the name of passenger in the system" We had to call to head office.

Don't ever fly with them!!!! We flew from Gatwick at 10pm, plane was filthy, seats were dirty, toilets were a nightmare, der were flies in the plane and there is no entertainment, oh, plus if you ask for headphones u get a stern answer "finish"!!!! I had a child with me, we were starving, all we got was water and we were served food at midnight or past midnight, dey didn't have food choices, my child slept hungry or rather cpoyuld not sleep bcoz we had a plane full of yelling children n mums n dads pacing up and down the aisle!!! Cabin crew is unfriendly, old and very rude, no one smiles, I wanted to cry!!!! This was flight ia238 to Baghdad! On the way back from Baghdad on ia237 got a bit better, we got food on time n plane was cleaner, but I would never fly with them, landing was forceful, my heart was in my mouth, if u want to die, Dan fly with them!!!!!!!!

I heard many people saying about the Iraqi airline is very nice very welcoming and they love it so I love it too. They try their best to do more to make the clients happy so people need to appreciate that.
