The rest reasons can lead to the liqudation of the air carrier (in worth circumstances) or, in light circumstances the compensation receipt in full in any leagl method from the air carrier. Last cance: the air carrier's duty is to accept the passanger for boarding at the air port of the departure. ICAO rules completely.

Jovian : Our flight to jeju was cancelled yesterday (April 16, 2016) and Jeju Air didnt provide any hotel. We are instructed to go and come back on the following day without proper information when we can fly to jeju. They dont think that we are foreigners and hotel is already reserved and we are on tour and have limited time to stay in korea. What a very bad experience with this airline. Same as me, they cancelled on May 2 due to bad weather and the following few days all booked. I didn't have any choice, refund will be wait for a week. Nothing provide. This.is low cost airline.

Jeju Air officers & owners I have been very patient with you and your office, but it's been 2-months now since I called to cancel our KOREA Booking for April 9 travel, yet till now, my full refund hasn't been available, and NO RESPONSE Since the last time my husband spoke with your office. Allow me to repeat ourselves again. 1. During the Travel Fair @ SMX last Feb, my husband, Maurice Lopretti together with me went to your booth to facilitate a MLA-INCHEON-MLA flight slated to happen on the evening on APRIL 8. 2. Before purchasing said ticket, we asked all the relevant questions thru your agent who handled us because you had a fellow customer who was trying to book online and said that online was cheaper. So we checked and asked in the event that we won't be able to push thru with our trip, can we get a full refund? Your agent said YES! And that all we had to do is call up your office in advance. So we purchased the tickets. 3. No where in your airline tickets show that our tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, and subject to fees etc if we requested for refund. 4. On March 7, I called up your office to cancel our trip because of a medical emergency. I was sent a form to fill up which I did and sent it immediately. I was told that I will get the refund a month after, subject to fees of around $150/pax! That would mean that I will just get a very minimal refund as more than half of the amount will be fees!!!! Which to me is absurd! Considering the earlier facts where your AGENT failed to let us know that and it was never in the tickets you issued! 5. We followed up and still your office kept on extorting the fees fr om us! There is NO GOOD FAITH in your part! You failed to make things clear, neither did you explain this to your ticket buyers that day during the travel fair and you surprise your customers with exuberant fees! We've given you MORE than enough time to carry this out, to give us back our money! So I have the email addresses of the following organizations/offices to report JEJU AIR management should you fail to GIVE BACK OUR FULL REFUND before MAY 15. 1. DTI -- against the Phils Consumer Act! Your promos should have the DTI seal wh ere all terms and conditions are explained to your clients. There was nothing on your tickets, neither was it part of your spiels. 2. DEPT OF TOURISM & THE AERONATUTIC BOARD -- as a new player in the Philippine Market, you should have made sure All terms and conditions are visible and explained to clients, Don't wait till we file a case against you coz it will include damages! You have our contact details. We expect our full refund before May 15, as we've given you so much time already!

One of the worst airlines!! Poor service, racist and very unprofessional. I was travelling with a friend who was a frequent traveler to South Korea. But the manager and the people at the airport (Jejuair check in counter) didn't even know the rules that applies for this visa exemption travelers. They won't let my friend check in and questioned him like some sort of criminal for not having any visa to Korea. It was explained properly that there wasn't any need as he is under visa exemption, but they acted like they are the people in charge of SK's Immigration. After almost an hour of asking them to verify this info to the Korean immigration which they keep refusing to do, the Korean manager finally took his time to make a phone call and then he said, yes, it was okay to travel without a visa. There is no excuse for such unprofessional, discrimination which they have showed to my friend. Not knowing the rules is not an excuse, so I suggest you stay away from this airline company as they are not well trained and they don't have good knowledge when it comes to existing rules and regulations. Very ill-mannered company and people for Jeju Air.
