This company is by far the worst after sales service you can imagine. Even their telephone numbers on their website is not valid. To call them from outside Belgium is not possible. You have to wonder if they are so stupid as to not be able to update telephone numbers onntheir website, how safe is it flying with them. Do they manage a schedule of maintenance properly if they cannot list the correct number on their own website. The inly numbers that do work are those to Germany and the people cannot assist with my flight from Belgium. This situatiin has ecisted for months. They are the most rigid, beareaucratic institution to try snd deal with. Another example if their stupidity is that they list mirrors as forbidden items to take on their flights. As you know every woman probably has a mirror in her purse and yet these people list mirros as dangerous cargo that may not be taken on their flights. Someone there needs to seriously get out of the * ages!! Horrible frustrating company to deal with.

Frank : How do we check in on line, when we fly from miami to brussels?? You cannot check in online for a US airport with them - it's in the fine print. You have to show up to the airport VERY early (iirc, 3 hours or more) to check in personally.

They market and sell tickets to Vatry airport as a paris airport. I got tickets on kayak under all paris airports . The aiport is desereted with no gound support, no taxi, no rental cars or anything. It put my wife and children in danger and after their landing, it took them 11 hours to reach their hotel in Paris, as they had miserable time trying to find rides and finally they paid a private passer by car 200 Euro to drop them at Chalons En Champagne train station(closest to airport) and they followed to Paris from their with Train. I tried to call jetairfly from overseas to seek help and advice from them, and their customer service was just rude and with out any compassion or a simple guidance. This airline, is a cheater who not only cheats on fares and conditions of ticket, but puts passengers in danger and harms way my misrepresenting and taking passengers to this airport in the middle of nowhere with no ground staff . For your own safety, please don't fly with them and pass the message to others.

I just made a reservation for a connection from from BRA to BRU with RyanAir in order to book a flight with Jetairfly from BRU to MIA the day after. I spent EU 70.00 for the first flight and then the big surprise: There was NO WAY to book my flight from Austria from BRU to MIA - i tried with 4 different credit cards - NO WAY - and the best thing - i got a confirmation email but entering the reservation number at their site told me the the reservation was cancelled and the OTHER BEST THING - there is NO phone number you can call - i think the worst airline in AFRICA has a better booking system and a better customer service than JETAIR - no wonder their flights are always empty ...

I have tried to buy tickets on Jetairfly for 2 years with every different credit card AMEX, MC, Visa on US cards enen an Australian debit card. Always says denied by merchant and there banks say that since they can not see the attempt, nothing they can do. I called their manager in Brussels and they say it is there computer has to have US IP but I tried on diff US computers. They are lying I believe there is some scam here so maybe people end up paying a third party more and the airline gets a cut. I would not be surprised because this credit card denial is not normal and leads to this suspicion. Otherwise why wouldn't they fix it. I think everyone needs to take this to consumer affairs so they investigate because it is essentially false advertising.

Hi, I have tried to call Jetairfly form the US to make 2 reservations from Orlando to Brussels for next summer and I can't get in touch with anyone. It says that the line is unavailable. It is frustrating because the price is good. Has anyone flown with Jetairfly form Europe to US? If yes, how was your seat, were you comfortable, enough legroom, did you get a meal and enough drinks, and did you have your own tv in the front seat? Thanks

They were happy to book and send confirmation number, but found out day before flying that the don't accept Canadian Visa. No notice or email - NOTHING. I thought more could be expected from a European airline. Never again. PS. you help phone numbers are good for nothing.

DO NOT FLY WITH JETAIRFLY!!: Had an absolute nightmare trying to book and pay for a 70e flight. I was trying to book a flight fr om athens to Belgium which in athens. Both my cards one a lloyds bank uk card and another international travel card) were denied by their security system followed by other european credit cards. I was told by their so called customer service team that I needed to find someone from the UK to book and pay for my flight (im in greece). How stupid does that sound that to book a flight whilst abroad you need to be in the uk. Wasted 2 hours trying to pay for a flight wh ere the issue was not caused by me. For a so called professional airline im surprised they are even in existence. Id hate to say it but you are better off to fly with ryan air than them. Absolute joke this airline is. Save yourself the pain, stress and hassle. Alex

Awful company. The have changed my flight from 17h to 5 h, they offered me 50€ for my taxi, and they have desaperared....they do not answer to my mails and they do not answer the phone....so they offer me they money, but they do not give me the chance to accept it...weird! Awful way to start holidays.

Jetairfly does not except payment with a Visa card of Australia and Skype does not work on that number advertised0. Very frustrating considering all the current technology ! Vueling has got it wright, we can use PayPal there

We cannot buy plane tickets from the US with a US credit or debit card. The transaction payment is refused by the merchant. Duh!

You can now check in online with Jetairfly too! So that is perfect! I think it is a great airline, contrary to the reviews given in this page.

If you fly this airline be aware of what services you book. After having a reservation in place for over 7 month Jetairfly contacted me and said the class of service booked and paid for is no longer available because of a Airplane change 767 to 787. After accepting this and getting a partial i got upset when i entered the airplane and there was comfort class on this plane but because of overbooking there just simple lied to you and stated that this service is no longer available. Customer service does just no exist in this company and if you can avoid flying this airline I recommend doing so. rating 1 out of 10

Booked a flight to Brussels from malaga after Brussels airlines let us down due to wildcat strikes. Had to be in brussels the next day for a hospital appointment. Was expecting the worst after reading the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised, good fastchcheck in service, despite having not checked in online. Staff pleasent and helpful. Nice clean plane, staff very helpful. All in all a good experience, after Brussels airlines let us down and were very unhelpful on the telephone.

Even before the flight, customer service was extraordinarily rude. Their reservation form is outdated and sexist (forcing women to choose between "Mrs" or "Miss" and when alerted to this fact, they became insulting and evasive. I regret doing business with them.

They changed the scheduled time from afternoon to midnight. Then, when we arrive to the airport we realize that in fact the flight is re-scheduled 2 hours later. So 2 changes and the second one without even sending an sms or mail. It wasn't only us, there were other people in the same situation. Once in the plane they didn't apologize, they acted as if nothing happens. Conclusion, we paid almost 300 Eur per person for a flight arriving in the afternoon and in the end we reached home at 3 in the morning.

This airline has the most incompetent and rude customer service i've ever came across. I wanted to prepay extra luggage so when i called they said to call edreams because i booked it through that website. Edreams then told me tey can not do anything about it and i have to call the airline. When i called back it was the same person on the phone. She said that i obviously dont know anything about traveling (i work since 5 years for Cirque Du Soleil and i fly at least once a week) and compare the situation with me buying shoes in a store, and if i had problems with the shoes i had to go to the store and not the factory. Explaining it to me like im a child. Then i said that edreams couldnt help me either and asking what to do and she hung up the phone! Unbelievable! Where can i file a complaint against this rude lady?
