Korean air is a good airline in Asia in general. What I like the most about this airline is its pretty good food.

I want to reflect my all thanks to the purser (I don't know her name) of Korean Air. I'm from Kazakhstan. I came to Seoul 22 of July 2017 and on arrival I have lost my phone somewhere outside of terminal. I faced with the kind - hearted purser of Korean Air on the bus stop platform 5B, the bus № 6005. I was found that I have lost my phone in the bus and she tryed to help me, she called to her colleagues to help me and find my thelephone. I apreciate her help and adore your country. Despite the fact that I lost my phone. My trip was admirable. Everywhere I met good-natured and kind people, that helped me during my trip in Seoul. Finally I found my phone in Lost and Found)))

Our 18 year old son Elliott and I enjoyed a trip to Seoul and than Korean Air to Tokyo. The staff and the food was excellent and I adored their uniforms. Though I wish there would be a way for airlines to allow families that have to wait for connecting flights to be able to use the lounge or create a section for families in the lounge.I saw many families that must have spend a lot of money but are not able to use that service. I also wanted to mention how sad it was to see so many elderly people in Seoul having to make money to support themselves selling things under sweltering heat and humidity. They must have been under the Japanese occupation and gone through the Korean war. There must be a way to make their lives easier.

It is impossible to praise KAL service enough. I have tried to find an address to write a letter praising the professionalism and warmth of Ms. JiWoo Byeu and Ms. Sung Jin Park on a recent flight from Seoul to JFK (KE 085), but can't find contact info anywhere. These two women were so sweet to my family, so attentive to our needs. My 5 year old daughter dropped a pen into the tray opening and you would've thought that our lives depended on its retrieval, from the way the attendant valiantly worked to dismantle the console. They even picked up our floor trash, which I was GOING to pick up myself, I swear! :) By the way, we flew KAL because we could fly business class for 33% of what JAL was charging. Koreans: making the same product offered by the Japanese, but better, and cheaper!!

Just don't get stuck on a flight with the CEO's daughter Cho Hyun-ah as she will freak out if she is served nuts from a bag. This spoiled little witch showed her true colors on how the wealthy Korean families have a sense of entitlement and treat those in lesser positions like rats.

I contacted Korean Air on 11/11 on behalf of my father in law about the cancellation fee of $150 that the airline had charged him when he cancelled his flight that was scheduled to go to the Philippines on 11/13. I was told by several customer service representatives that there was nothing in their policies that would waive a cancellation fee in the event of a natural disaster. Korean Air should be ashamed of themselves to be taking advantage of people affected by the typhoon. Since he has a home there, my father in law goes to the Philippines every year and has used this airline in the past. How can he go there this year with a food and clean water shortage, looting going on, and medical deficiencies? He is 82 years old and lives on a fixed income. Korean Air has shown my family how greedy airlines can be in a time when compassion and humanity should be at a high. I urge you to not fly this airline – they could care less about what happens to you.
