This is not the Libyan Airlines carrier' site here, but the discussions on the services of the Libyan Airlines. If there is no flight information (e-ticket number / reservation number, date , destinations/ origin / name), noone is able to reply without the correct data and the full data. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce air carrier / date / fllight number / airports / your name. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 48 hours - 144 hours by free staff in English. Please, in 18 January I use Libyan Airlines to flight from Misrath airport (Tripoli was closed in 18 Jan) to Tunis Carthage, flight LN 302 and in TUNIS my big Baggage nor arrived . I have a complein registered in Tunis airport at lost baggages no. TUN LN 14697 and my Baggage tag no. is LN 645481. My final destination is Bucharest (in 19 January) - in Bucharest OTP arrived in 19 January, and at Lost baggages office they told me that my big Baggage was sent to Amman airport (by mistake) and now it is back in Tripoli Metiga airport - please send my big Baggage to Bucharest airport ( on my big Bag TAG it's indicate the final destination BUCHAREST airport). I use your airline on 10.02.2017 our flight LN192 was at 09.30 hours. We arrived in Sofia without one of our bags number LN317565. At the airport we made a protocol with reference SOFTK19587. It's been nine days we not have information where our bag. We had two pairs of shoes, machine and scissors for clipping, 4 pieces padlocks, fabric thick curtains, men's jeans, men's shirt, flashlight, hat and kn, hob gas, Ghidorah, tools, pliers hammer screwdriver wrench toys grandchildren, 5 books, mixer, business card, watch Orient. The bag is 25 kg and the baggage is blue. I hope to get my luggage.
