Encountered problem with my voyager travel bag which broke by the staff of Air Asia. Spoke to Mariez Rosacena and Stanley Liong but no one get assistance from them. As per them, they are not liable since the bag was broke in conveyor machine. I need an urgent feedback and assistance. My flight is dated today Feb12, 2018 from 2155H to 2255H due to some technical concern. Your assistance is highly appreciated.
