AA doesn't mention any exact sizes in their press rseeale about the new boarding procedure except to say personal item and fit under the seat. Their personal size limit is 36 linear inches. Does that meant they'll freak out over 37? I doubt it. I think what it means is: if you're traveling without wheels and your bag isn't too big it looks like it can fit under the seat you can board early. However, as usual, it's still always up to the gate agent.Here's a link to the press rseeale. You decide:
