It was a really good airport, I spent 3 days at MIA waiting for a flight to Lima and the airport employees were very kind. For me is a good airport the only bad thing is that the only terminal in the whole airport that is presentable is the concourse D, only used by AmericanAirlines.

God aweful experience. We were HERDED. "hurry up, just drop those bags you claimed and get over there! Miami shows the lowest form of human respect to travelers. My wife fell on the escalator and no one cared. I had a couple of band aids to cover to bleeding and we continued down the cattle shutes until we got thru all of this I will NEVER use Miami if I can use alternate. Miami, get your act together!!!!!!!!!!!!!
