every company is obliged to deliver the luggage to their owner at company'expenses, otherways the company is obliged to pay 1500 us dollars as refund.

very very bad company u have lost my bag when i arrived to israel on 28 july from catania sicaly flight no 7m2861 . i complainted and reportat lost lauffrght at the bgn airport . t at last the y founded in amsterdam airport ??????????? how? no one knows/ and till today i did not got my bag. the service of this company air mistral bad bad tami unger
