This is not the Niki carrier' site here, but the discussions on the services of the Niki carrier. If there is no flight information (e-ticket number / reservation number, date , destinations/ origin / name), noone is able to reply without the correct data and the full data. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and / or produce air carrier / date / fllight number / airports / your name at least. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / e-ticket and email address of the passenger in the attachment. The reply can be handlled within 48 hours - 144 hours by free staff in English. Hallo, ich komme bei Ihnen leide telefonisch nicht durch!!! Wir fliegen am Samstag (14.10) mit Ihnen und wir möchten gerne Sitzplätze reservieren! Leider geht dies nicht über das Buchungsportal , da wir mehr als 7 Personen sind ( 8 ). Unsere Buchungsnummer ist: 8F2NFA Wichtig wäre es, dass wir alle möglichst in Reihen hintereinander/nebeneinander sitzen!! Insbesondere die Kinder zusammen mit der Eltern!! Es sind 3 Kinder plus Vater und Mutter! Das Baby ( 12 Monate)kommt auf den Schoß! Hier wäre es wichtig , dass genügend Beinfreiheit vorhanden ist! Zudem Oma und Opa! Today flight from Vienna to Linate HG8756. I use to go to Vienna different times per year and I'm used to this company. This time I am so upset. I made check in, they weight my hand luggage and It was 8,4 Kg they told me it was ok. Once at the gate the person on duty at the gate (Mr Gadalla) was extremely rude. He called the first ten people who saw standing in front the gate with hand luggage saying that for security reasons they had to take on all the baggage. But he has selected only the first ten people, everyone else has been able to get on board with their luggage, without being weighted.This is not correct. If there are safety reasons there must be for all, not only for the first ten people. In addition we have been told that the flight was full and it was not full, at least between 5 and 10 seats were free and so the overhead compartments, perfectly empty. If there are any regulations I accept it, but I did not like the rudeness of Mr. Gadalla nor its arbitrary decision to select only the first ten luggage he saw. The way I was treated was extremely unfriendly and rude, as well as not correct. I think that a serious company should not take advantage of people so unprofessional. I do not think I will choose this company again if I can. Regards Simonetta Gerevini

You damaged my luggage on flight from Santorini to Vienna. Price of the filight ticket was comparable to price of flight to America. When I wanted a bier after lunch, I had to pay 2 Euro for horrible 0.3 dcl of Ottakringer can. Never again with Niki. Jarry

I flew with Niki fra Copenhagen to Wien. My luggage was lost. I filed a lost luggage report with Niki's handling agent Austroport. I have tried to reach Niki ( and Austroport) to follow up. This is impossible. It is extremely poor service that the various phone lines which Niki offers during weekend are not answered. Even the ones where you as customer will be charge for using are not answered. Niki has outsourced the handling of lost luggage to Austroport, who doesn't answer either. A call to Austroport goes straight to a blind ended answering machine, which among others tell you to leave a voicemail - which you can't. PS On top of the mess of Niki the flight out of Copenhagen was delayed, which also indicate Niki has serious troubles with its services.

I am moving my 3 cats to Germany (from California) in August and I am wonedring which is the best airline to use for their transport both in the cabin and in cargo. My spouse and I will be together, so I'm assuming we can each keep a cat in the cabin and we'll have to put one in cargo.Does anyone know which airline is the best with animals? The safest? Best treatment? Best prices? Thanks so much!
