worst service provided , has booked a ticket from UK through tripsta , and I arrived the airport 30 mins before flight time , the co. representative (Karim abdel moniem ) refused to check me in and I missed the flight then , he bargained with me for another flight !!! and asked for money !! will never travel on it again
-I took a flight on Tuesday 24/1/17 from Cairo Airport to Hurghada and it was late by 75 mins
Already reported that to the police .
Website is a mess. Can not pay for tickets. Phone numbers lead to nowhere - can not even call local Alexandria office as the phone rings and then hangs up. Can not submit questions on website as it says "feedback error". Can not send emails to email@example.com because it replies with
Your message to firstname.lastname@example.org couldn't be delivered.
The group info only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list.
Sadly you have a long road ahead of you if you want to compete with international airlines!!!your poor service and disrespect for your passengers is a clear example of your careless management and cheap investment in your staff training.there is no comparison under any circumstances between your airline and any decent airline including domestic ones.never again book a flight with you doesn't matter how cheap your offers are ,as they say (you get what you pay for)!!!!!

It is the first time I have the misfortune of booking a ticket with your company. I travel a lot and deal with many airlines . Last September I booked a round trip ticket Jeddah Alexandria / Alexandria Jeddah. I used the one from Jeddah to Alexandria. The other ticket ( Alex / Jeddah) was for 2/01/2016. On 31/12/2015 I called your company in Cairo to change the date and was told the penalty is $50 I agreed and went to your agent "Tayar office" in Alexandria that same day to pay . I was surprised that they asked for LE 650 for the date change ( same seat class ). I told them the company in Cairo told me $50 and that I did not have enough. The employee "Nesma Ibrahim" to my surprise asked me how much was I willing to pay !!!! It was a first . No respectable airline company bargains like this .
Now as I have to change the date again I called Cairo at first the person who answered said $50 and when I told him about what happened last week he passed the phone to Ahmed Abdallah who tried to convince me that there are taxes!!!!.
I am going today to Tayar and his is the last time I am using your airline.
I am willing to pay more to an airline when I am not taken advantage of and that has proper policies.
