Hi I booked 3 flights from Hanoi to Phuket on the 31 October and the search engine had change the date to the 2 April 2017 I was after the 19th or 20th of March. When I noticed the mistake 2 minutes later I rang Kiwi.com and they thought they could fix it . They did not so I have booked a new flight from Hanoi to Phuket and noticed you are sold out on the 2 April 2017 now, could I get a refund at all. flight: Nok Air Flight 3203 Confirmation no.
