flew with this airline 4 hr delay and refused boarding rights ignored no compensation will not reply to me or CAA TOTAL JOKE DO NOT USE

sent seriouse complaint to u regarding flight BJ 8454 enfida delay ,refusal of water for a diabetic etc sent to u by e mail backed up by thomas cook but u have not replied or contacted cooks so i must go public if nothing fwd in next 7 days ref no T236422N
