I am very upset that an employee of Jet Star Pacific, who helped me so much on January 13, and I tried
to give her a compliment and send her a gift, that no one responded to my email. Shame on Jet Star Pacific.
I would like her to received some notification and that is fair. What is taking you so long to reply?

Flight Danang to Hanoi, 28th Jan 2014.. already 2 hours late, then as boarding the flight attendent tells me I have been moved from my prebooked frontrow window seat as a VIP has been given it.. JETSTAR obviously thinks some passengers are more equal than others,, certainly does not treat all its passengers as VIP's. The last of many incidents with JETSTAR, never fly with them again and suggest you dont either.
