Hello, I also want to claim the behavior and competence of the airline stuff in the airport of Düsseldorf, today I was checking in to fly to Istanbul. I had my baggage with me, weight 15.1 kg. At the check-in counter first the Afro-America lady was very unfriendly and even rude, hardly spoke German or English. Required a visa from me, I got nervous as I’m a Russian citizen living in Germany with a residence permit. So I was confused and didn’t have a second look at my boarding pass. When I already was at the gate I noticed that the second part of the baggage erotische missing! The stuff member simply didn’t stick it to my boarding pass. My only hope is that my suitcase arrives, but I didn’t deserve such attitude and why should I do smb’s job and double check! I’m very disappointed in such “service”.

Hello, I am facing an extreme inconvenience because of one of your check-in counter’s officers. He took my baggage and did not issue me the “Baggage Tracking Number”. I asked him twice the BTN but, he said, “no it is all right and you can proceed with the boarding now”. When I reached here (at Karachi airport), I could not find my baggage. The staff at the Karachi airport is asking me for the BTN which I do not have because of your officer’s ignorance. Tell me how can I claim my baggage in such a situation? I have evidence regarding the discussion I had with your officer about that baggage (check the following text for details). I had a short discussion with your officer about my baggage. As can be seen in the attached R1 document, the baggage weight limit is not mentioned. So I carried 18.5 KG of stuff in baggage which meets the dimension requirement. But the officer said, “such weight is not allowed”. I said “how much is allowed? And where is it written?”. He said “now I am writing that only 10 KG is allowed”, and he wrote on R1. I said, “how would I know this weight limit back at home?”. Then he replied very very disrespectfully that “either you pay 59.00 euro or drop 8.5 KG” (both conditions are written by his hand on R1). So, being a student with limited resources, I decided to drop some of my weight rather than paying such a heavy amount. Later, I came back with reduced stuff and weighted again. This time it was around 12.25 KG. I said, “is it OK? Or should I drop more?”. He replied, “no problem, it is OK”. Then he Checked the PCR test and encircled 3 pieces of information (see attached R2). He gave me a self-declaration form and checked my Pass-Track entry which was required for Pakistan. Then, the officer told me “proceed with the boarding now”. I said, “what about baggage?”. He replied, “It is alright, you can proceed”. Since I had already faced his inappropriate behavior, I did not argue and proceed with “self-declaration” and “boarding pass” only (see attached R3_a and R3_b). The purpose of sharing the above discussion is to show the maximum evidence I have regarding my baggage. I also attached pictures of my baggage (R5_a and R5_b) that luckily I took a few months back to let my friend know about it. I have also attached the complaint receipt (R4) that I registered at the time of arrival at Karachi airport. Till now I was waiting for a reply from them. But, today they asked me to contact you directly. Please help me in finding the baggage.Reply

I was supposed to go from SAW to HRG with my boyfriend and cat. I called earlier to confirm with the airline, and it even says on the website, that I do not need a pet passport unless going to the EU. After they did not let me on the flight, I spoke to 10 extremely rude staff members and nobody was helpful. They don’t me they don’t know, don’t care, go to someone else because I wont help you. One lady threw papers at me and others were playing on their phones. All I saw these people do in response to other people with problems is find a way to deny them and blame the customer. This company makes spirit airlines look like emirates. I need a refund and I hope this company does not last much longer, for the sake of others lured in by cheap prices, only to get robbed in the end.

I found that one of my bag`s pocket was opened my original iPhone 12 charger, my apples charger, a hair trimmer and an extra iPhone cable are missing. as a customer to your airline i did not expect such a behavior and i would like to claim all my staff back.
Hello, 9 . December 2019 I received damaged baggage,litteraly my trolley was in 2 pieces.My flight was from Istanbul to Belgrade.After I submitted all documentation they accepted to pay 350 TRY and requested from me account number and swift code. Since that, they started to giving me excuses that my account is wrong and swift code is wrong and that I sent to them wrong currency code ( I sent them even original copy from bank with all possible currencies and Swift's and payment instructions) After that they just send me automatic messages that my case is in investigation :D But for sure I will give this case to my lawyer because I will not tolerate this.

Pegasus lost my baggage and are not able to track it using the Bag Id that they provided. Why cannot they track their own system with the bad Id they provided? I had very expensive and important things in my bag and I am willing to pick from any airport if they at least track the bag. Any help would be great.
Hello. I lost my luggage with Pegasus Airline 1 month ago. after 21 days they sent me an email saying that I can start the process for compensation. However I sent them the content list of my luggage, they offered me a very very low price for the refund that does not make any sense and they told me or I should accept the offered price, or they will search for the luggage again. I think I need to start a legal action. Does anybody know how I can proceed?
I flew fr om Istanbul to Koln on the 19/8/2018 with a connecting flight to Bristol in the Uk. My luggage did not arrive in Koln it was flight number PC1011. I reported it missing on arrival and my reference number is CGNPC20530. I have been told that the case is in Heathrow a destination you do not fly to. I keep receiving emails to say contact your arrival airport and when I call they say it is in Heathrow. I have spoken to Heathrow who can’t help. I am going around in circles and getting no where. Guest : Totally agree with previous posts about Pegasus Airlines. They lost one of our bags last september and we have still not received any compenstion. I have sent them all the receipts and banking information that they require but I still get the same answer that they need receipts and IBAN nr in order to make a refund. In the last mail I received information that they now request an Invoice. I wounder what they will be needing next time. I will strongly advise people not to use Pegasus. During the incident, the passenger also assaulted other passengers and the airstaff did nothing to diffuse the situation, or control the violent man. After the police arrived and the man was arrested the airline recommended my friend and I miss our connecting flight to go to the Istanbul police station to give a statement for the assualt charge. They said ths assault was a "personal matter" and they would not provide us with accommodation or a new flight, so we would have to buy a new ticket the next day. Naturally we refused and caught our original flight onto Bahrain, and sent our statement tot he police through the relevant Embassies. The airline did not follow standard safety protocol during take-off and landing and did not care about ours or other passengers wellbeing. И вот, в частности, почему: 1) Удобная система покупки билетов через Интернет, позволяющая находить дешевые удобные варианты перелёта 2) Отлично работала агент по продаже билетов в Львовском аэропорту, выбирая самый удобный для нас вариант оформления билетов и багажа. 3) Хотя я покупал билеты по самому дешевому тарифу, Pegasus позволил мне переоформить вылет на более позднюю дату без каких бы то ни было доплат. Оба перелета были оформлены как стыковочные, а при регистрациях мне и супруге выделялись смежные места - без дополнительной платы. 4) В обратном билете время вылета из Египта ошибочно было указано по Анкаре, а не по Каиру. Это, конечно, нехорошо, но задолго до вылета сначала Pegasus прислал CMC, потом ко мне дозвонилась (с 3-й попытки) менеджер, а когда она поняла, что я не силен в английском, то дозвонился их русскоязычный сотрудник и таки четко объяснил мне время вылета. 5) Вылет из Львова в Стамбул был отложен на 10 часов. Это, конечно, нехорошо, но причиной откладывания был очень густой туман в Львове, из-за которого подлетавший уже к Львову борт решил вернуться в Стамбул, чтобы позднее снова лететь во Львов – ради обеспечения безопасности пассажиров. Сразу по получении информации о возврате борта в Стамбул всем "задержанным" пассажирам была выдана вода и булочки. Позднее дважды выдавались талоны по $4 на питание в кафе. Информация о причине задержки и её сроках была быстро и четко доведена до пассажиров. 6) Остальные перелеты прошли без сбоев. Полеты и посадки прошли отлично. В самих самолётах мне (с длинными ногами) было достаточно комфортно сидеть.
I have been flying since 1982 for both leisure and business trips. I have flown in various cabins including private jets. In all my time flying I have never experienced such an appalling catalogue of events as I did with Pegasus Airlines aka flypgs.com. BA cancelled my flight to Sharm el Sheikh and I had to book Pegasus Airlines for a lot of money for a no frills product. At Baggage Drop Off at LGW, despite my having a boarding pass I was unable to be processed. After two hours I was finally entered onto the flight manifest by Pegasus. At that time I was also advised that my return flight would not land at LGW but at Stansted Airport. There was only availability for a flight returning to LGW five days earlier as I had parked my car at LGW and there were no flights available after my return date. So upon my return, after a night of very little sleep I had to take public transport from Stansted to Gatwick to collect my car and drive home. As Pegasus Airlines is a Turkish airline and not a European airline they do treat customers with little respect. The telephone manner of the airline assistants is of a very poor standard indeed. I cannot recommend Pegasus Airlines at all.

NEVER ever book with this airline!!! Dec 31/12/15 flight from Dubai to Istanbul dleayed by over 5 hrs. Landed Istanbul, all flights to Stansted grounded, no info available, staff rude and unhelpful, had to purchase visa as not allowed to go to hotel for overnight stay. Email received saying flight at 10.20 am next day, arrive at airport 8am, only to be told by staff that we were not on their system and our flight is scheduled for 20.20 pm, flight again delayed for 2 more hrs!! Never again!

Atttention! Pegasus Airlines is stealing money! They question credit card transactions during checking in. You cannot fly but the money is lost. They emploed special company Accertify to avoid any chargeback complaints too. Stay away!

After many flights to TRNC with this airline and having no problems I was very suprised when on a trip on 23 april this year.it all whent wrong. Due to what we were told that we could not fly. This was due to a light buld out in the cockpit.Then the crew had gone for a break. We waitedfrom 1330 when we should have flown but we did. Not go until 2330 .I have been trying to sort out the problem with this airline but its like trying to talk to a ghost. No reply from them automatic reply in Turkish.after writing a letter to the headquarters and dozens of e.mails STILL NO proper REPLY. Useless.!!

Do NOT use this airline. They lost my luggage and are incompetent in their handling and customer service. Beware! I will NEVER use this airline again and have forbid my family and friends to use them. I have seen a number of posts online from people who have suffered at the hands of this airline. What a joke, happened that you took money out of my credit card on the 13/08/2014 and is happening still today that you answer to my request with lies, telling me some details is missing, telling me I didn't send my credentials and telling that still I must wait, After all this time I have send you 30 request for my refund, and you are still telling me that I will have to send you again my credentials, and beside that you tell me that is not your department that is dealing with this issue, and still tell me that is because the summer thing that there is too much delay, I can tell you that I have spent 70GBP already if not more calling your customer service, listening to your customer service lies all the time, everybody seem to help, but none can do anything so I wonder how and when I will get my money refunded, because this is really ridiculous, how can you take money from credit cards without owners permission, and not even rush up to give refund, to me this is calling stealing. In the mean time I would like to thank you for the time you spend with me at the phone, which is at least 30 min a day, really appreciate how you fill my days with wonderful lies, and of course I understand that you must be so busy to refund an amount of 140GBP just by clicking a button, I'm sure is a hard to work when is about of giving what you have taken without permission. Hi I had travel from stanstead airport to Beirut Lebanon and I really had the ever bad travel and worsted flight . First I can't feel safe on this flight because the staff is really not good they stole my expansive stuff from my laggege during the time when we make transite in turky . Second thing they let us waiting in the airport for more than 6 hours for transits with out any advance notice . And when I am going to come back it miss the plain it was still 10 minute to go and they didn't let me in and they didn't help me by another flight . Then I have to stay in the hotel for two additional days and in that time I work so hard to fined another ticket . Then after two days I fined only one on Lufthansa airline at business class and it cost me £870 for one way back to London just because of Pegasus airline team and I had to barrow this money from my credite card after I spend my money on holiday . I was so disappointment of that and the most bad thing when I fined they stole the present which I was buying and it was 5 watches from swatch and it cost me a lot and I didn't fined any one of them it was so rediclas and I was so * . After that I am trying to fined help to know how to make claim non of them they want to help . That's why I will never ever do it again even if my ticket they can cost me more and I am not recommending any one to go with Pegasuse airline because I feel this flight it's not good at all

Still waiting for Pegasus to respond to a complaint my husband made 2 weeks ago. He flew from Izmir-Istanbul-Stansted but his luggage never left Istanbul! Waited 3 hours at Stansted, noone to help and had to drive 2.5 hours home with no clues and certainly no luggage! Called every tel no. under the sun the following day (PGS Istanbul head Office, PGS Istanbul airport, PGS Stansted airport..... etc), numbers either did not work or we were fobbed off and told to call elsewhere. In fact PGS at Stansted told us we would need to go to Stansted and deal with the matter in person, even though were 2.5 hours away and it wasn't our fault! A helpful lady at Stansted found our luggage in the end and sent it the following day via courier. Pegasus offered no help, no interest and certainly no apology and can't even respond to an email we have sent three times now. I will make sure I spread the word everywhere and will continue until I get a satisfactory response. DO NOT FLY WITH PEGASUS
